This is an update to my previous bad review. I want to say publicly that I reviewed to soon and due to being frustrated while stranded out of town I gave my previous review of the company prematurely. It was later in the day when I called, which I should have understood why they weren’t able to get to me quickly but right away the next morning they were on top of my contract and rental. Alberto at the Orlando location assisted with the process from start to finish, his service was professional and the car was clean and ready as we picked it up. I want to say this company did give exceptional service and I will definitely rent again. I have also referred several of my business partners lately as well. If you rent from them in ORlando ask for Alberto he treats people professional and has excellent customer service skills.

Had an amazing weekend experience! I flew in town and they delivered and picked up the car curbside at the airport making it super convenient. They even offered me a 3rd day free but unfortunately I was only in town for the weekend. All and all an amazing experience highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, very friendly and easy to do business with, I’ve rented several of their cars and they’re A1, definitely will be using them in the future.

What an amazing company to rent from. I have utilized them for my last three business trips and the service is outstanding. The vehicles have always been on time and in immaculate condition. The wide variety of vehicles, competitive prices, and amazing staff is hands down the best. I can’t wait to book my next exotic experience through them in the coming months. Instant luxury rentals has gained a customer in me for life
