This place is huuuuge! I'll need a few days to see everything that's here. Love it!
Definitely a day trip if you like to browse. There are a lot of booths to see and it can take a while to get through. They do offer maps, so, if you see something you like, you can mark it on the map. There is an incredibly diverse amount of items offered, so I would definitely say there is something here for everyone. If you like antiquing as a group venture, this is the place to go, as just about anyone will find something they like here. Prices vary, as they are set by the booth owners and not the mall itself, but they are generally fair. Inventory seems to change frequently enough that I can visit often and still shop, so it's worth coming often if you're near enough. There are also plenty of amenities nearby if you want to make a weekend out of it. All in all, it's definitely worth the trip, just remember to give yourself plenty of time to see everything.
Nice place, but most prices are way too high. I'd give it a 5 star if not for the prices.
A great antique mall in South Central Indiana just north of Columbus at Exit 76 off of I-65. Literally thousands of square feet of antique exhibitions ranging from rare toys to Fine Art Oriental ceramics Staffordshire, just about anything any type of antique collector would want. My older son and I make trips there at least once a month and the inventory is always varied and interesting and fresh.
Huge. Awesome items from what I saw. Prices seem very high end. Staff was friendly. Got turned around a time or two.
Nice place. But the lady working the front desk. Was very rude. Never smile. we were follow through the store. The prices were to high. But a nice place
This place is amazing when it comes to old cool stuff, uniquely built cabinets or storage furnishings, old tools galore, and not to exclude the old books everywhere that my daughter loves. We were unable to spend enough time to see it all, but plan to go back to view it all from wall to wall. If you want to think back on old times I would recommend this place
Donald Price.
Really interesting place- amazing selection of unique items. Staff super friendly and helpful. Worth a stop off I 65 to check it out. What impressed me was many really beautiful antique wood (& some European) furniture.
We love going to this place. The prices are a bit high, but you can find anything you are looking for. The staff is friendly the floors and items are clean. The best I have been to for the items. The prices could be a bit lower.
You can easily spend a whole day in this place.
Firstfor the 'bitchers' who claim the place have vendors with 'overpriced' itemsput it back where you got it from if you don't dig!! Wonder what you 'spend' for your *oh so WELL priced'* booze cigarettes dope vacations computers cell phone plans utilities gas consumption and other I GOTTA HAVE IT items???
Been here several times and feel vendor prices for the most part ARE within reason!! Those who have a problem with capitalism Sod off okay!!!??
If one CANT appreciate making a profit well don't WHINE!
Planning to go there today and injoy my shopping adventure with NICE PRICED items!!!!
Tired of the rude staff who treats us very poorly just because we look younger (we are actually much older than we look) and wear comfortable to us concert attire and we would rather sit on the bench watching the very long line rather than stand in it after a very long day in our feet. We make good money and the older people who work here should learn to treat patrons better regardless of appearance or be willing to lose good hard earned money from consumers who make more than enough than these judgemental rude discourteous older people obviously realize. Those who rent booths here should stand up for themselves and find a better venue that respects all consumers. After all money is money and rude service WILL keep people from shopping here.
I love Exit76 Antique Mall! I have visited Exit76 Antique Mall for several years as a customer and just recently opened my own booth (B115, Auction Finds and Vintage Picks) in the Mall.
For vendors this is a very high traffic area that brings in a lot of collectors, re-sellers, and antique newbies! The booth and case rental fee is reasonable, the staff is terrific: Knowledgable, friendly, professional and courteous. I love the security measures that are in place and I paid my first month's rental in 1 week with sales!
For customers Exit76 Antique Mall is very easy to get to, right off of I-65 at Taylorsville Exit 76 (Edinburgh). It has lots of well lit parking, wide doors, and TONS of variety of Antique and collectible items to choose from with prices that vary with quality of merchandise. I would definitely recommend Exit76 Antique Mall to customers and vendors as a great, friendly, safe and rewarding experience! Take a look at what's in my booth!
Good: The place is huge. It will take the better part of an afternoon to wander the clean aisles. Attractive inside and out. There are a couple of small places to rest and grab a snack from a vending machine if needed.
Caution: While the left side is set up with rows of booths, the right side is a bit disorienting with broken up, maze-like paths. Not that one has to leave a trail of breadcrumbs to find his or her way out, but it makes it easy to completely miss some of the vendors. Maps are provided at the entrance.
Edinburgh is currently a popular outlet mall destination and I think Exit 76 Antique Mall should always be included on that trip.
