I went here for my pregnancy. And I can say I went her quite often for over 9 months for a high risk pregnancy. And the nurse practitioners were very compassionate. I saw Dr Tripplet, who is very good, kind. She managed my high risk pregnancy, very factual and was not over reactive. She was very respectful and supportive of my desire to have a natural birth. I ended up having Dr Randolph for delivery and she is amazing! She is very compassionate, personable, and I am so at ease with her. I felt very secure with her. The ultrasound techs and staff are awesome as well. The only thing that I didn't find as helpful was the triage nurses Some were very nice and others were overactive. When I compare this practice with my friends' experiences with other practices, I would definitely choose this practice again. They really care about you.

I have been coming to this office as a patient of Dr. Foxlow's for close to two years. I have had two laparoscopies performed by her to remove cysts and diagnose and remove endometriosis. I am happy to currently be an OB patient with her and have been happy with absolutely every interaction with her and the entire staff. They are friendly, my wait times are never long as long as I am on time. I never feel rushed, every question and concern is addressed and I feel very well taken care of. Ultrasound tech at my last ultrasound got great shots of our baby and she helped us pull off a wonderful surprise gender reveal. I feel very comfortable and optimistic about the remainder of my pregnancy and delivery with Dr. Foxlow and the rest of this office.

Who on earth is responding to these reviewers' comments?? As a customer service professional I am cringing at the responses. Whether you agree with the critiques or not, your Google rating is 2.3 stars. Your replies are not helping your score. I'm shocked that a professional office would seemingly cherry-pick who you're going to respond to, and then word the responses as they've been. You should probably respond to everyone or no oneand no one might be better until you have someone a little more gracious in that position.

Excellent team!! I want to give a big shout out to Dr Perkins and his nurses. I highly recommend Dr Perkins if you're looking for an OBGYN or if you need any surgical procedures done. He's hands down the best surgeon/OBGYN in Indy! He's very knowledgable, professional, and he actually cares about your health! His nurses and the ultrasound techs are great. Nurse brandy who works with surgery scheduling is extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me get my life back after battling an illness for years, I am so grateful for these 2 physicians!! I Highly, highly recommend dr Perkins and his team if you're looking for a caring, knowledgable, and professional Doctor! :)

Adore the office and staff! I started with Dr. Tripplett who referred me to Dr. Bell for the Da Vinci hysterectomy. Both doctors were compassionate, caring, well informed, and took their time discussing my options. I never felt rushed or burdensome and never waited more than 15 minutes to get in. They even coordinated with another surgeon to remove my gallbladder at the same time. One recovery, one surgical bill! The office is an hour and a half drive for me, but I won't go elsewhere. I highly recommend to every lady I know.

I see why this office has 2 stars. After being admitted to the ER last night I came in for a follow up appointment with Dr. Lupton for a potential ovarian cyst. I've been in severe pain for 4 days which escalated to the point of me having to call off work. I have only been prescribed narcotics 3 times in my life. Once for wisdom tooth removal as a teen (I only took two tablets & threw the rest away), 2 years ago the first time I had a ruptured cyst (I took only what was prescribed), and last night. I haven't slept or eaten consistently for several days because of the pain.

In the first 5 minutes of the exam Dr. Lupton did everything but accuse me of being a drug addict. He walked out of the exam room without explanation after I told him I was in pain and preferred to lie down during the exam. Upon returning to the room he told me I had 'an attitude'. I told him I preferred to see another doctor and asked him to leave the room. I changed and was leaving the office when he told me I was 'ambulating just fine'.

I've never seen a medical care practitioner behave so unprofessionally. I won't be bringing business back to this office ever again.

Poor service here. My doctor here (foxlowe) was never informative with anything. Never seemed concerned or explained anything to me about baby or myself. She was always in and out appts quickly, seemed in a hurry like I didn't matter. Never said much. Never showed up to deliver my baby, never got an explanation why. Very unprofessional! Don't waste your time here! Also, the staff seems unorganized and rude at times.

I love my OB however, it doesn't matter what time of day it is you will be there for a few hours. It's ridiculous how long you have to wait. I always get called back at a minimum of 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. I don't recommend scheduling an appointment if you have to work that day because you'll be late.

And I'll respond to what the owner said below.👇
I did NOT see 6 providers in 1 visit. Who sees 6 providers in 1 visit?? I am not sure who you looked up but that wasn't me. Making excuses for your poor service and staff is pathetic. I did not have an ultrasound nor did I see anyone else except for my doctor. Maybe instead of wasting your time looking up the patients that go here you should take the time to talk to your staff to not over schedule their patients and making them sit in the room for 40 minutes. I do know what it takes to provide service. I have served for 7 years and continue serving families as a funeral director.

I am 13 weeks pregnant and have thyroid disease, which I was told would now be monitored by my OB. They were supposed to send blood work out 2 weeks ago. After 4 phone calls, 3 messages and NO returned calls, I finally spoke with someone on my 5th time calling in 3 days, to find out they never sent my lab in! I had to go back for more blood work, now to be told that my doctor does not prescribe this medication and I have to follow up with my primary care. So now I have been out of medication for nearly a week, luckily my pharmacy is working with me until I can get this resolved. I have never had an issue with my doctor, but the staff here that I have been dealing with is so terrible it's sickening. I have never been treated so poorly as a patient, and especially after finally getting pregnant, I didn't expect all my stress to come from dealing with a doctors office that refuses to call me back!!

Giving two stars because the wait time was long even with a scheduled appt (at least the day we went, maybe they were just behind that day) also because when I called to inquire some information one of the nurses were being really rude over the phone. And I don't appreciate that.. Also some of the nurses were rude at the facility but maybe that's just there personality But I still don't appreciate that! But my family was very pleased with the doctor so I suppose that's all that matters. Also the facility could use some remodeling, seems a little outdated.

I see Dr.Dobbs in Mooresville. I don't feel like he listened to me at all. He was more concerned with getting me on birth control so I can "preserve" my ovaries so I can have babies,I explained to him that I do not want to become pregnant, he laughed and continued to keep telling me about the birth control (yes I know birth control stops you from getting pregnant, or prevents itbut its the way and the manner that he came across as not listening to me and acting like I don't know what I'm talking about). I have had irregular or messed up periods with spotting, pain in between periods, my cyst hurts since January, I have a cyst on my right ovary, and had two misscarrages last year and he thinks everything is fine, doesn't think I have edro, like I think is a possibility. He just wants me on the pill until my follow up with him in Jan! nevermind the spotting and pain. Well Friday morning Oct 7th I woke up in horrible pain on my lower left ovary, I went to the ER and they think I have a ruptured cyst! I was just seen my Dr.Dobbs, they gave me a ultrasound and he said nothing to me about my left ovary, just that you could see where a cyst ruptured before on my right, and that you can see a new cyst on my right ovaryliterally never said a word about my left ovary. I don't feel like Dr.Dobbs really listened to me or cared for me the way that he should have, I'm very disappointed in that. Just because I am choosing to not have a baby for so many reasons that he doesn't even understand doesn't mean he can give me a 1950's level of women's health care. We aren't all here to make babies. Now with a cyst ruputre on my left ovary I am definitely 100% going somewhere else for my follow up, and to get a second opinion, and this was my first time to see an OBGYN!!!
