I'm 40 years old and actually bought my first car from Ewing motors in 1992 after my dad had bought multiple vehicles from them. Since then going through high school, college, business vehicles, my first family vehicle after the first kid, and nearly every vehicle since. I have bought from Mike or J.R. I have never had a bad experience. Everything they sell I trust and know is in great shape. They do not sell junk, they know what they are selling to their customers. Many times knowing the history of years old vehicles cause the last owner bought it from them years ago. I am a trader by nature and so is my father and brother and I would dare to say we have bought probably 30+ vehicles from the Ewings over the last few decades either for personal of business use and have always been happy and had a great experience.

When shopping for a used car, you want honesty and a seller who will not pressure you. Both of these things you get at Ewing Motor Co! I worked specifically with J.R. and he goes above and beyond for his customers. They are very down to earth and make you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you contact them or walk in the front door. I let them know exactly what I was looking forfrom color, interior design, entertainment, and third row with enough cargo space. I was told both the pros and cons for each car from gas mileage to resale value. Once I decided to buy, they made the financing step a breeze as well. Ewing Motor Company is truly the full package and my husband and I will continue to buy from them for years to come!

JR and the rest of the employees at Ewing Motors are great! Such a friendly and relaxed buying atmosphere, no pressure or games here! Our car is flawless, and was priced below KBB. Trusting, friendly, and straight forward salesmen. We are very happy with our car, the price we paid, and the entire experience. Will be back again!

Had brake caliper start locking up on my work vehicle Friday around 2 pm they told me bring it in and they would take care of it and they did as I was stranded without it they stayed about 15-30 minutes to make sure I was not stuck 30 miles from my hotel. GREAT guys and GREAT service.

My buying experience has always been AWSOME with them. My father dealt with them over 20 years ago and I have done business with JR multiple times. The reason I'm writing this review is I just referred them to a friend and we were looking them up online to get there contact information and I read a bad review that wasn't true at all. I seen Ewing still responded back professionally like I expected.!!!

Start to finish, Ewing did a great job during our car buying process. They were honest, low-pressure, and very nice and non-"sales-ey" which we greatly appreciated. But it was what happened after the sale that really showed the quality of service they provide.

Immediately after buying the car, we noticed that one of the power driver's seat buttons stopped working, even though it had worked fine earlier during a test drive. Without hesitation, Marty apologized (even though it wasn't his fault), and he asked us to bring it back in so they could fix it at no charge to us, even though we knew we had bought the car "as is". While our minivan was being repaired, Marty even offered to let us drive another (much nicer) minivan on the lot so that we would still be able to chauffeur our three kids around town while we waited a few days for the part to come in.

Without a doubt, Ewing Motors (specifically, Marty and JR) treated us with a degree of care and service that I was not at all expecting from a car dealership. Now I understand why others have given them so many 5-star ratings online, and I am happy to add my voice to the chorus. I've never seen such great customer care from a car dealership. We had a great experience, and we will be back when it's time to replace another vehicle!
