    Last minute urgent fix and they got us in quickly with no hassle and went out of their way to get us the part we needed and got us back on the road!

    I had a great experience with their service department. My service advisor was amazing. He kept me informed on the progress even the delivery of ordered parts. I had to leave town before the work was completed. They were very responsive, put the power wagon back together and I was on my way.

    Guaranteed Credit Approval! Appreciated their honesty. I got into my new car with NO CASH down, same day :) They worked with my financial situation and helped me out. I got a low monthly payment and I just couldn't be happier with this place. WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE

    So if This was just about their service team. It be 10 star. They are great. Quick. Always in contact. Price reasonable. Then there's the sale team who get a 1. Here's the thing they flip flop sales man even 6 months I get it. That happens every dealership almost but their pricing is laughable. They claimed I got 8k off a car that was almost 2 years old even though it was new when another dealer had 99% the same car for 9.5k less so in other words with the 8k I got off you are still almost 10k over market value. So 18k over other dealers. Ha! Then the icing on the cake. The car was in the shop even though it was used due to damage. And don't believe me on and the other dealer it was over priced. Kbb has it marked at 8.5 over market and the manager is like "kbb what do they know" like dude where do you get your value when you do trade ins. I laughed. So now I'm buying the same exact Car for 8k under their price with 200 more miles at another place in Dayton next week. Good job guys

    I had a fabulous experience purchasing my 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk from Evans. Tiffany was very helpful when I located the vehicle online. Also, both Anthony and Justin were easy to deal with in person, negotiating with me until we reached an acceptable purchase price. I felt respected throughout the entire purchase process. At the end of the day, I knew what I was comfortable paying and they respected my wishes; I highly recommend Evans!

    I am a US Military member that just got back from overseas. I got my car stolen at gun point. The car was recovered and I brought it to Evans Arena in Shiloh Springs since they are the only ones around here that do Mopar Certified parts. My car needed;
    -Interior Detailed because the thiefs smoked drugs inside my car and left tons of it
    -Refurbished wheels
    -Side driver mirror
    -Rearview mirror
    -New key
    -Engine Checked

    After three plus weeks and money out of my pocket on rentals cars since they went over their own deadlines;
    -My car never shampooed, there are still left overs of drugs, panels never cleaned. They only vacuum it. Still smells bad inside. Total $125
    - My wheels never got taken care of, i had to go and find my own way to get them fixed
    - There are still parts missing on the inside they never checked on
    - They had to polish my car because they scratched it, the thieves actually treated my car better than the dealership

    Worst experience with a Service Department I have ever had, this is the treatment a soldier gets back home from protecting the homeland. If you are a soldier I do not recommend you go to Evans Motorworks or Arena, they dont treat us with respect at all.

    Don't purchase a car from this dealership! Once they sell you the car if you have an issue they are done with you! Yes they have a nice person that takes your call and they will have the car clean and ready for you when you come in BUT any dealership can do this! I purchased a certified Chrysler 300 once I got home I noticed I had locking wheel nuts and no key. Another issue when I purchased the extended warranty I was told no deductible BUT the box isn't checked on the paper to make it a disappearing deductible. The used car manager and the sales person told me NO deductible on the warranty! All I want is the key for my rims and the warranty fixed! Is this asking too much?? I purchased this car last Thursday 5/18. I have been trying since Sat. 5/20 to get these two simple issues resolved. To date 5/27 I've spoke to three different people in regards to the issues with NO return call and I've left four voicemail messages for three different people with NO return call! One being the GM!? How does a place run a business like this? It's like you purchased our vehicle we don't care you spent over $20,000 we are done with you!! I've never been treated this way by a business. I'm not sure how they stay in business wouldn't recommend purchasing a car from here you literally are just a pay check to these pathetic people! Be aware too they will try to sell the extended warranty for $2,500 I got it for $1,600 in my deal! I got GAP as well they sell for I think they said $900 I got it for $700 so if you do purchase a car from them negotiate on this stuff! They are making enough off of people!

    Everyone here was very professional, from the salesman, Nick Rose, to the sales manager and the finance guy. Process went very smoothly, and they even stayed past closing to accommodate our schedule. The car we purchased had a minor issue that they quickly resolved the next day at no charge. Tom, the service manager, was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this dealership, hands down!

    Salesman was very nice and in the end, we got what we asked for. Pretty put off by how they tried to sneak in $3500 extended warranty. We said, "Whoa, hold on" and they blamed it on soneone else and said they just "wanted us to be happy". Why do you think selling me something I don't want without asking me first would make me happy? If we hadn't spent half the day there, and at that point it was 4:30 on a Saturday, we would have gotten up and left.

    Took my 2015 Dodge Challenger to get my 8.4 radio updated. The car originally came from Canada and I let them know this and that everything was switched over to US standards before title was issued to the dealership I purchased from. So upon driving my car into the bay I was approached by a lady that asked how she could help me. Upon telling her my problem and telling her that the car originally came from Canada, before I could finish my sentence she was already saying that they don't service Canadian cars. I explained to her that it had all been converted to US standards and she acted as if she didn't believe me then asks for my title. After giving her my title she goes into an office then comes back out and asks for my ID. Since when do I have to show ID to have my car serviced?! I feel discriminated against because of the color of my skin. If I had been a white man coming to have my car serviced she would have been very accepting of me and went above and beyond to make sure my request was met!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RACIST LOT!! NOR WILL I ALLOW ANYONE IN MY FAMILY!!
