Less than 1 star. New owner let go all but 2 employees, didn't even give them a chance to try. He also told the employees to take down all American flags on the premises. That is disgusting. I wouldn't work for/buy from a company with no heart for our country and the way he treated the old employees. They aren't a bunch of dogs. I'll let you use discernment. 2017/06/03

Absolutely the worst experience I've EVER had in my ENTIRE life purchasing ANYTHING!! Not to mention they conveniently misplaced my paperwork and receipt for my $14k payoff on my Lexus insisting I needed to finance! Will NEVER go back!!!!

My family and I were traveling to Chicago from Pittsburgh (originating in Maryland). We had an issue with our Nissan Armada throwing an engine light code about 10 miles away in Ohio. Called Richmond Toyota/Nissan and they took us in immediately and were extremely friendly and professional. It turned out they couldn't do anything since we had cleared the code, but they did not charge us and even washed the car! Their professionalism and courtesy (specifically Stan and Brandon) put our minds at ease and allowed us to complete our journey successfully. Thanks Richmond Toyota!
