There are few comic shops in the area and, fortunately, this one happens to be great. The staff is friendly and the store has a good selection for typical needs including some board games.

Fantasic store. Good prices and all you could ever need if yoj love Comics And Magic. Also the new attachment to the store hots a fanstastic selection of book. Also great customer service. I can ask the employees any question and they will kindly answer.

Escape Hatch Books is like family to me, Fred and Joe are two fantastic brothers who love not just Comic Books but Novels too, and Game Nights are a every week event. its a very relaxed environment I spend a lot of time there not just as customer but as a local artist, hanging out talking about comic books with the guys while also making them.

Escape Hatch Books is what all Comic Book Stores should be.

For a business that has a rather short following for the area, The Escape Hatch is all I could ask for in a comic shop. The staff are very friendly, but not only that, they actively seek to bring people together with similar hobbies and interests. They have a room in the back that's open to anyone needing a table to play in, with comfy chairs for reading a good book or commic. I am very greatfull to have a business like this in a small town like Jaffrey. It's worth the few extra dollars you pay for their merchandise compared to online prices. please keep the store afloat!
