Outstanding service. My Mom passed away at night and was very pleased that the staff at Swartz wanted to come directly to my home to begin making the funeral arrangements. You just do not find a business willing to do that anymore. As we spoke I decided to wait until morning and they said that was ok and set an appointment time. Thank you for all of your kindness and considerations.

I am extremely upset with Swartz Funeral Home right now. My father just passed last night and the EMTs didn't even have him out of the house yet and a man from Swartz called and wanted to schedule a time for my mom to come in this morning to make funeral arrangements. They couldn't even give us that night to mourn before they started selling us on funeral arrangements. I feel that it was very inconsiderate to not even give us the evening. We will never use Swartz again. This is a very difficult time and they clearly do not care about anything but making money.

The little man that we dealt with during my brother's funeral was condescending and arrogant the entire time. He some how managed to take the worst day of our family's lives and make it a little worse. He was greatand by great, I mean a huge pile of fecal matter.

They have an amazing grief & loss support group that is free and open to the public. The therapist, Dr. Canin, runs the group and you can schedule appointments to meet with him one-on-one.

Swartz was excellent! We were very satisfied! Steve, one of the directors was so helpful and kind. He explained everything to us so clearly especially since it was such a difficult time losing my father. The day of the service they made sure all of us that arrived were well taken care of. Even small touches like Carol and Steve taking our coats was so helpful. They were professional and compassionate. We were very happy how my father looked. The room was beautiful and stocked with lots of kleenex and chocolates. We just can't say enough about how great the experience was with Swartz. They provide excellent service before, during and even afterward. You will be more than satisfied using their services. Thank you so much Steve, Carol and all the staff.
