I called and the lady took a deposit to hold a four wheeler for me because they said they sold out fast. They didn't have the one we really wanted but so that my daughter wouldn't end up with nothing I paid the deposit. Never once did they say it was nonrefundable. Her dad found her one so I called to see how do I go about getting my money back. The lady on the phone then told me it was nonrefundable.. Smh.. I should have asked, but they should have also told me before taking my money.. Horrible experience! So just be mindful when making deposits..

Can't rate a 1 star in good faith since I've never been there and never will. Rated low just to bring attention publicly to the fact that your radio ads are completely ineffective. Seriously, whoever thought that the character voices and catch phrases were even the least bit entertaining should be dropped off in the woods somewhere. Every single morning I will sprint across the room to turn the radio off when your ads come on and I would spend more money elsewhere for the same product on principle alone. So what do I want you to docome on and change your stupid ads.
