Had the seafood club; half shrimp salad half crab cake. Both were yasry- together and when tasted separately. Mom enjoyed the crab cake and sister the veggie crab soup and wings. All were yummy.

Large, delicious crab cakes. I've not tried anything else they serve. The wait can be long for both a table and for food, but giant delicious crab cakes. Eat one already. For five stars, organize the kitchen a little better and put out crab cakes faster.

This is our second Pappas restaurant that we have visited. Never a dissapointment either time. It paid to call ahead for us here. Food still great. Enjoy!

Nothing great but not bad. I guess that qualifies as average. The bar seemed pretty active. If you like a lively sports crowd, I think you can find other fans to get rowdy with. The place was busy and had about a 20-minute wait. The servers were active and did a good job of getting people in and out.

Awesome lemon pepper wings and the mushroom cap was out of this world along with a purple drink. Brandy waitress-bartender the tops!!!! We come from Annapolis because it's wort the good drink and service 👍

Very good service. Food very good, as always.
Tried the special tower filet. Tasty. Meat cooked to order. Cream of crab soup excellent. The colossal crab cake was full of lump meat. Of course we will be back.

I was so excited to try this place, but was let down. The wait on a Friday night was only a few minutes (great). The crab cakes were okay, but definitely nothing to write home about like they claim. The mac and cheese was average. Service was slow. A manager got us our drinks because our waitress was with a larger party. As there are too many wonderful restaurants in the same price range in this area, I will not be returning.

Been coming here weekly for over 3 years BEST crab cakes around. Both bar & restaurant can get busy so sometimes there's a wait.
Servers are ALWAYS kind & helpful.

Today was my first visit to Pappas but it most certainly will not be my last. The food was incredible. The service was excellent! Let me just say that cream of crab soup is the best I've eaten by far!

So , the wait staff is very good. We ordered ,Melissa had a Crab cake under done ,I had a steak which was ok , my crabs cake was average .Her crab cake was so bad she took 3 4 bores and it was clear it was not prepared right .The waitress was nice and said she could see it was not cooked right went to get the Manger Tina. She came over and said that is how it is cooked . So we said we would like something. else to replace it she said You can but you would have to pay for it on top of what was ordered .I was shocked never went somewhere that food was bad and you asked for it to be replaced you had to pay for something else to replace it. Her response was can i get you a box ? Wow really i said no you can get me my check and the owners name .Expected a great Lunch we may have stayed to watch game in bar but not sure if I would ever come back .I Can tell You The Manger needs People skills, I have never been talked down to like that i a long time .

Went there with old friends from high school after watching our alma mater play in the state championships at U.M.. We wanted to continue catching up so I suggested Pappas. I said the food was great and the drinks were as well. When we got there everything was true to form, but the bartender we had as we sat at the bar was the worst. We had to wait almost 10 min to be acknowledged by her. When she did tend to us she was very short with us. One of my friends asked for some water while he waited for his food, and I think he asked once too many times and he was given a pint pitcher without asking for it. After our food came she only checked on us once more. All of our drink glasses were empty, and she stayed at the other end of the bar with other customers while eating her own food, and talking to the patrons on that end. We sat talking with a neighboring customer that was having trouble getting attention also. We all eventually had to ask a waitress for our check. Other times I've gone the bartenders and waitresses were awesome.

Good food and company. Service was great not too bothersome like other places. Crabcake clam chowder potatoes and salad. Decent beer selection but the caramel vodka and Bailey cream perfect.

Angel was a great server, very polite and friendly and smiled the entire time. Atmosphere is nice and I love the crab cakes and the New York Christopher, their crab imperial is great too.
If I could change anything it would be how loud the hostest Carissa talks. It's obnoxious, and even louder when she talks on the phone. She seemed to have great customer service, I didn't deal with her directly, just watching while I was waiting to be seated; so maybe some one could let her know to tone it down a bit. I don't want to offend anyone, but I think if she toned it down a bit it would be a nicer environment. Also I noticed the manager and hostess' weren't wearing a uniform or shirt like the servers. I thought this was a bit displeasing considering they are the first impression to the customers walking in the door. It lacked a professional look.
