Very cool building, and a great bar to wait at for your table. Reservations are recommended, especially for large parties, as they are typically very busy. Prices are high, but the portions are generous and the food is of high quality and is made fresh. They make every single thing in house, even the ketchup. The desserts are also fabulous, and large in portion. It is not just steak! They have seafood, duck and chicken too.

Our family had reservations for 6:30pm and specifically requested to be seated in a quieter area than being in the open. Table wasn't ready until close to 7pm and we were sat in the middle of the restaurant on the second floor. So much for quiet. The table ordered and then proceeded to wait for more than 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. No one came to the table other than to bring a bottle of wine of which we had to find our server to request. Once the food arrived it was cold and we had them take it away. No explanation ever provided. The manager didn't even come to the table. One of my worst dining experiences ever.

The late evening Happy Hour was fantastic! We had Rum Runner punch (I could only manage one) and several items from the small plate menu- steak on a stick (so well seasoned and tender), potato skins with smoked salmon (crispy skins and the perfect heaping of toppings), burger sliders (each one was a tasty couple of bites) and lobster rolls (hot, crispy batter on the outside and a nice strip of lobster in each piece). We're definitely going to make this a regular go to spot. Next, we'll check out the full menu items, everything looked delicious on there as well.

Ate here last night. This is the steak house I have been hoping would open in this area for YEARS! This place is awesome. Food, service, peopleall excellent. You must try them.

This fine dining restaurant is consistently amazing! I have eaten there several times, and all in my party have been pleased! The food and the staff are consistently great. I would suggest a reservation as they are usually busy! Be sure to have dessert!

Epic Chophouse is the place to eat in Lake Norman! Amazing food, excellent staff and superb quality! When you think of fine dining, you can expect high pricing. That's simply not the case here. Owner Jim Morasso really treats his customers like royalty and has made it a place for everyone to experience. Highly Recommend!

Very clean. Sanitation Rating 95.5, good food. Lightly salted. Excellent prime rib, salmon, chicken, ribs & pork. Fresh cakes.

This is a fabulous place. Patrick was our waiter/bartender, he was great. He made great suggestions. We had a great drink blackberry mash so refreshing. We had rib sliders which Patrick recommended they were very good
We had the Shanghai shrimp so good. The shrimp was very fresh,would highly recommend this appetizer. I had the kabobs they were cooked perfectly and very delicious
I would recommend coming to this restaurant

Absolutely amazing food and service here. Our calamari came out a little cold and there was no hesitation from the waiter to replace it. I highly recommend Epic for a great night out.

Very exquisite upscale fine dining. The Epic Chop House offers a variety of seafood and perfectly prepared steaks. The service is superb too. They offer valet as well, which is extremely convenient. Reservations are suggested!!!

We went to Epic tonight for our anniversary and all the great things we've heard were solidified! Great ambiance and all the food and wine were perfect! Our night was made by our server Steven's fantastic service, we will always request him from now on! We have officially found our new date night spot!
