Had the south of the border burger. Asked for medium well- was closer to medium. Fries were good and service was acceptable. Would probably come back and try something different.

This is unbelievable. I went to this restaurant with my family and friends and received the worst service I have ever received. Literally we didn’t get our food for 100 days. The waitress were observed to be conversing and not assisting customers. We ordered several drinks and we did not receive the drinks for 67 days. This is completely an outrage. Literally The waiters were made that they had to change the meals that they messed up. I promise you, if you think about going here you might as well die smoking. This place is FINISHED!!!!!!! In addition they took 50 minutes to bring out a few shots of patron

I have eaten here, and it is good.
Food tastes great, and it's a great place for large groups. Only bad experiences I've had involve the host counter - sometimes it's taken an uncomfortably long time for someone to notice me by the host stand to get seated.response / report this review -

Great place. Had dinner with my previous colleague from Alaska. Ordered bourbon salmon (without bourbon 😊). Delicious grilled salmon with grilled vegetables. Wow taste. Nice service. Ordered dessert named one mile high (ice cream), amazing tall pie of layered ice cream with hard dark chocolate crust and mocha.

Good food, but unfortunately poor attention on the part of the waitress. The table was dirty and sticky, we asked if they could clean it, and the answer was that it was so because of the type of detergent they use. Also, I ordered a tonic water to drink, but they brought me soda. I already told him when I ordered the drink that I wanted tonic water but no soda. Finally, he brought us the bill when we were not even halfway through dinner. Very bad attention, I do not recommend it!

Wife and I stopped by for dinner while walking down town trying to decide what to eat. Chose champs cause we were both getting thirsty and it was right there. Walked in and had to wait to be seated cause no one was up front. The entire place had maybe 20 people in it. After getting seated the host said our server would be right there after about 10 minutes of waiting the host walked by and yelled at another staff member asking where our server was. Which they replied they didn't know. She assured us they would be right there. After another 5 minutes of waiting still no drinks we decided to leave. TGI fridays down the street is pretty good though.

I've gone here for years, and I've never had a bad meal. Every single thing I've ordered has been well-cooked and delicious. The staff is friendly and takes care of you. Every time I'm downtown looking for food, this is the first place that comes to mind.

Don't come on a sunday. Staff was rude food sucks and no one is motivated. Paid way to much for what I got. Steaknshake would be better.

Ordered chicken tenders as an appetizer to share, had to ask for plates. Ordered a steak medium with garlic mashed potatoes. About to cut into my steak, noticed a long dark curly hair on my plate. Server took the plate and was back within 20 seconds. Then asked "it was only on the mashed potatoes right?" So you didn't do anything but take the hair off the plate and bring it right back to me. I sent it right back and then my potatoes were freezing and my steak was bleeding all over the plate. At no point was I visited by a manager after I saw the server tell him. Very poor etiquette and I will not be returning. Nothing but my steak was taken off and my soup substitution was returned to full price. I've been a server for years and I eat out often. Never have I witnessed a hair in food and a manager not get immediately involved.

I decided to eat here after I finished watching a movie in the mall because it was cold outside and I did not have to leave the building to eat here. Seemed like a great idea until I got inside. It was just as cold inside this place as it was outside! I sat for awhile to see if it would eventually warm up, it never did. My food arrived, and it was cold along. I asked for a to-go container, and re-heated my meal at home. Not a great place to eat at in the winter..😕

Definite hole in the wall place but so worth it.The food was excellent!Tortilla chips were a little crunchier than I would have liked but still delicious. Guacamole was perfect. Crunchy fish taco was amazing! Huge portions. House margarita was really great too. Great people watching!
