Very nice place. Beautifully maintained and nice amenities. It's just a bit pricey.

This place is awesome! I didn’t catch the British woman’s name who notified me we were 2 hours past. Heck out but she was so sweet! She simply inquired as to whether I would be leaving or staying. She didn’t hit me with late fees and she was incredibly respectful. What she didn’t know was that I was changing a dead battery and handled some mechanical issues. Love this place! We will be back!

I will never stay here again. First, when I arrived, I stood behind someone else trying to get a better site and the 1 lady at the desk never acknowledged me. I stood there for 15 minutes until someone else finally walked in. Next, we get to our site and it is not level. Then I start setting up and the sprinklers come on making it impossible to setup without getting drenched. Then to top it off, I see ant piles all around my site plus no bench. Not impressed especially for the price.

Trains are so noisy. Park is very nice. Spaces are small except for pull throughs.

We've stayed here several times over the past few years. Even referred friends and acquaintances. In the past we've had a pleasant stay. However, this visit was quiet different. For a resort your sites are way too small for the modern big rigs. You are NOT big rig friendly. For the prices you charge you should have sites big enough to park on and be able to put your chairs on the cement. Your 50amp circuits continue to kick off and need replacing. Cable is next to nil and the reception is less than adequate. Wi-Fi is poor. The sprinklers totally soak everything even your freshly detailed rig, we just paid 350.00 to have detailed. Oh and then there's the ANT issues, they are every where. We were bitten a number of times while setting up. A number of people we spoke with had the same concerns about the ants biting our animals, not to mention the fear of them getting inside our rigs. It's like this place is one giant ant hill. Totally unacceptable. Ants were even in the rest rooms. I'm sure this rating will go out the window and will never be addressed. Don't become like the rest of California, by not having the pride to keep things nice. California roads are disgusting, roughest roads in our country oh and so much litter.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in March and it was really nice. The pool is perfect. Some people around us were staying for a month and I can see why. This is the nicest RV park that I have ever been stayed in.

Everything is perfect and it's a true resort. The only bad point is the NOISE of the LEAVES BLOWER blowing every morning for an hour and more.

Great park, lots of amenities. We have stayed there many times since mid-2015 and will be back again.

Be sure and reserve your spot plenty of time in advance during the snowbird months. Not so much during the very hot summer days.

The rates are fair, but get pretty spendy in the winter.

Mostly back-ins and very few pull throughs.

    Staff is great!

OMG $120 A NIGHT WITH TAX FOR A THIRD TIER DOWN SITE. WIFI is absolutely terrible. I was told, for the fifth year in a row, that they are working on it. Have some respect for your clients. For these prices they can afford decent WiFi. Not only that the cell service is very weak.

At ultra high prices they should be providing at least decent services. NOT HERE.
