I have had quarterly pest control for years. The technicians and office staff are always courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Emerald Coast Pest Control for all your pest control needs.

Scheduling, Follow Up and Delivery Has No Priority!! Having read the previous reviews, I thought that my chances were better after speaking with Melissa. Initially I was told the service would be performed on a Thursday at 9:00 a.m. By 1:30 pm that day I contacted Melissa and was advised that I misinterpreted her and that the appointment was for 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Once again at 1:00 pm I contacted Emerald Coast Pest Control, and asked when I could expect the technician. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes, then cut off. Subsequently, I tried to contact them no less then 4 times over 2 hour period. Each time my call was sent to voicemail. I am still awaiting a return call!!
If you can't get a business to respond to you prior to giving them your money; I can only imagine what it would be like if you did have a problem with their service.
I have since moved on to a different pest control company that proudly displays a map of Florida.response / report this review -

Be careful, Jennifer will change her story many times on cost and down time. Do not ask questions as it works her up and she will not want to work with you. Very disappointed NOT professional at all
