Wow, exceptional customer service, so helpful! Have never been there before, but from now on we will gladly make the drive to do business with these guys. From the showroom to the parts & service departments, every single employee went above & beyond to answer our questions & help us. As far as we are concerned, they are top notch, rare find. Got our business from here on out.

This place is awesome from the show room to the service department they have so much invetory from small aluminum boats to big pleasure baots and pontoon boats and of course the bass boats are in every corner seems like.This place has always treated me and my wife like family #1!!!!!!!!

Hard to deal with for me. Very non negotiable with prices. Seem to be catered to the people who didn't mind spending big bucks. Not my kind of business . Went to another dealer and saved over $4300.00 and got more options .

Tim Boutwell did an excellent job taking care of us! We thank Mr. Ken and his staff for being very courteous. And Bubba did a great job going over our new boat and helping with the lights on the trailer. We will recommend Airport Marine to all of our friends and family!

The worst encounter with a dealership I have ever experienced! The sales staff, and the owner, is utterly uneducated and untrained on the vessels available for purchase. This dealership is disrespectful, impolite, arrogant, and corrupt. My boat did not arrive on time. When it was eventually delivered; several options I specifically ordered, and paid for, were not installed. I will no longer conduct any business with Airport Marine.

These guys took great care of me. I had some of the sickest tar looking stuff in my transom and my bilge had clogged. Gary in the service dept. did a spectacular job cleaning the inside of the transom and getting me back on the water in less than a five day work week (3days)! I recommend their service dept. with 5 stars. I plan on getting Gary a 12-pk also if he will let me I was so impressed

I checked pricing for a new bass boat at 8 dealerships throughout the southeast and received the best pricing from Airport Marine. I have purchased 4 previous bass boats and the customer service is absolutely the best I've ever received from any staff for sales and most importantly service after the sale. I live 250 miles from Airport Marine and I don't think twice about towing my boat there for annual servicing because I am confident that every aspect of the rig will be checked out.
In November of 2014, I had an engine alarm in the middle of day 2 of a 3 day tournament 300 miles from Airport Marine. I called the service department when it happened and the service tech walked me through some troubleshooting while I was on the water and 15 minutes later I was up and running and fished the rest of the tournament with no more issues - That's invaluable customer service from a very well trained service department!
I will continue to buy my boats from Airport Marine because they truly believe that the customer is customer comes first which is a rare commodity in today's business environment.response / report this review
