  This was a most beautiful Embassy Suites I ever stayed in. The staff and all Department were amazing. The only down side is that the selection of food and for breakfast wasn't the best of had an embassy suites in the past.

  Average hotel. Unfortunately the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. As a graduate student my cooking isn't the best, but I could definitely made a better breakfast. Hotel rooms in need of renovation as walls and ceiling is starting to fall apart. Showering experience not the best if you're taller than 6 feet. Big plus for the swans in the lobby. Staff was nice and service minded.

  Beautiful hotel with lavish decor and amazing art. They have a huge indoor enclosed pond with koi fish and 2 swans. Breakfast was great. Wish it would have been more wheelchair accessible. Bathroom was small compared to the room.

  Just completed a 3 night stay. Beautiful place, nice breakfast. BUT, the water in the toilet was so hot the toilet tank was hot to touch. No cold water available in the shower, only water hot enough to make a cup of tea! Even the water in the bathroom sink came out hot from either faucet. Two visits from maintenance were fruitless. Bathroom was not clean. Would not want to stay here again!

  My Daughter got married here it was amazing attention to detail perfect great customer sevice I highly recommend Embassy Suites to anyone .

  I've been planning my wedding for quite some time now, and decided to lock in the Embassy Suites as our hotel block for our wedding weekend. I've spent an incredible amount of time speaking with Klara in the sales department over the last several months, and she has honestly made this experience such a breeze for me. It's slightly embarrassing how many questions I've had, and how indecisive i've been, but Klara was there to help me through it all. Even now, leading up to our event, she has been so helpful updating me with guest lists, and finalizing the last of the hotel block details. She's been one of the people who have really been the most helpful throughout this entire process, and I'm so grateful she was so patient and great at her job. Totally recommend for any big groups! You go, Klara!

  The suite was amazing. Very spacious for 6 people. I loved the free happy hour and the complementary breakfast was delicious. There were also 2 swans in the lobby which were fun to watch swim around!

  Customer service was outstanding! The breakfast was awesome! FREE HAPPY HOUR was an awesome hit for me and my family! The swans was beautiful! ! The hotel was beautiful and comfortable! Love it!!! 10 stars

  Pleasant staff. Beautiful lobby including life swans swimming in a large indoor pond. Excellent made-to-order breakfast.

  Pretty close to some very nice restaurants. They have two swans that live in the lobby, nice touch. Happy hour nights was nice to unwind after work. Rooms were spacious, clean, staff was very professional. I'd stay there again if I'm in the area again.

  Absolutely terrific. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lounge and entry way is spacious, clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast might be the best I've had. But the staff is especially awesome. Erica, the Front Office Manager, went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. ... Not sure if I'll be back in this area again soon, but if I am I'll stay here.

  This is our 7th or 8th stay here and we absolutely love it! They take such good care of us and treat us as family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and come with everything you would need. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating! The free breakfast is also amazing as well as the happy hour. We would highly recommend a stay here to all of our friends and family.

  We endured for 3 weeks! A/C unable to cool bedroom. Temp in exercise room was 59 degrees. Ice maker broken. Sewage back up into tub & maid said this happens in other rooms. Maintenance was limited. Great breakfast. Friendly food & housekeeping staff. This was our fifth stay here...but never again!!
