My experience at Elmwood Dodge was definitely an AWESOME one! In the past I have usually dreaded the whole stressful decision making, high pressure sales, car-shopping ordeal! However, I can TRULY say this experience was indeed a pleasant one!! I can not say enough good things about the staff and A-PLUS service I received at Elmwood! My salesman Dan Daly was fantastic!! He was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, & very helpful with my decision making. He did not have that annoying high pressure approach which was refreshing & wonderful!! After choosing the Jeep I loved , the assistance I received from Noel Tavarez and Ben S was also AMAZING! They were fantastic as well and went above & beyond to ensure I got into the vehicle I had chosen at a price I was happy with. Big Thanks to all of them!! I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I have the Staff at Elmwood to thank for that!

Went in Friday to look at some Jeep Wranglers and I have a brand new beauty sitting in my drive way now!
Wayne in sales showed me all the options and let me try out what I wanted to experience. Noel in finance made the paperwork part pain free. And Dennis, the manager, runs an amazing team of people and guided us through the process I will be back at Elmwood for many years to come!!

This was my second car buying experience at Elmwood and the second time was as easy and pleasant as the first--both great experiences. Everyone from the salesmen who helped me early on to Samantha who called me to follow up and Dennis who negotiated a fair price with me. The trade-in of my previous car (lease) was easy as cake too. Well run dealer that makes for a great experience. I would recommend to anyone! Keep up the great work.

Happy to report another good experience at Elmwood Dodge Service. Truck in for a Recall and a couple other issues. Dede had my paperwork ready when I arrived and wasted no time recording the faults and creating a work order. I was in and out fast!
Upon Picking up my truck, Dede Once again took excellent care of me and The Technician That worked on my tuck ( James V ) Came out and explained what he found and repaired. Top notch service here and Qualified people That return your vehicle Clean and ready to use. This dealership is a bit of a drive for me But well worth the trip Every time! Thanks Again Elmwood Dodge! Hope you take good care of these Employees! They are doing a first class Job representing The Company! And Thanks Again to Dede and James V.

I always dread having to purchase a new car. I will avoid it at all cost. Only because of the typical rip off dealers I have dealt with in the past. My experience at Elmwood was the total opposite. My salesman Richard sat and discussed with us exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. He did not play any games with pricing. When the time came for approval of our deal the manager Ben was straight forward and actually came and spoke with us. He did not hide in some back room or try to squeeze every nickel out of us. With this process completed we moved on to the finance department where we met Noel. Noel did a diligent job of searching for the bank with the lowest interest rate and also the best extended warranty. He was sincerely making every effort to keep our monthly payment as low as possible. All around great experience. I will not hesitate to recommend or return to Elmwood in the future.

I drove from Boston down to Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since they had a Jeep Wrangler in stock that I was interested in. They were able to agree to a price that I could not get the largest Jeep dealer in the Boston area to agree to. At the same time, my salesman, Richard Miranda was pleasant and very easy to deal with. Richard also took the time to help me with some added things (soft top and trailer hitch) and was able to bring down the price on those too. The entire dealership is efficient as they needed to run to Mass for my plates but did that, added the hitch, installed the soft top and the Jeep was ready for pick up two days later. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them. I'll be back there as well.

This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership, and I never leave dissapointed with my experience. Huge thank you to Eddie today for taking his whole morning to make sure I was comfortable in my brand new Jeep Wrangler. He made sure I knew every inch of the car as well as letting me test drive after he showed me how to take the top down. My mother has also purchased her vehicle here due to being so happy with how I was taken care of as well. Many of the employees I have encountered here are very friendly, funny and welcoming. They do a great job at ensuring you have an enjoyable experience doing something that may not be so enjoyable for some.

I have purchased over 10 new vehicles over the years from many different dealers and Elmwood is by far the best I've ever dealt with. From the moment I walked in and worked with Jared we talked about what I was looking for and the fact that he actually listening was a breathe a fresh air compared to others dealers that just push deals. Jared was honest, straightforward and never tried to pressure me into anything. When I am in the market again for a vehicle I will be starting with Elmwood.

Fair, honest and most importantly they put the customer first. Eddie Sherman is definitely the salesman to talk to. And Jason in internet sales is great as well, even with the final paperwork Noel the business manager was great. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership!!

So I went to Elmwood initially to take a test drive of a car that was a few years older with a good number of miles but one that I thought would fit my budget and needs. Not only was Sherman the first person I saw on the lot he had a great big friendly smile to welcome me!
Sherman Jones took it on himself to help me find exactly what I needed but also what I wanted! He was fully honest about the car I was there to look at and about the dealership. Not only was he determined to find me a vehicle that was better than what I expected but also one that I would love to own!
Before I had even decided to purchase a vehicle he took me around the whole dealership and introduced me to the team! Every one of the staff working at Elmwood was warm and genuine and by the end of the tour I was all smiles ! Made me feel like a VIP!
After he knew I was sold on the dealership it was just a matter of finding the right fit for a vehicle and making it all work. The whole process was no-pressure and totally just fun! Sherman worked hard to get me the right deal and now I ended up in a very good looking and solid Jeep that I LOVE.

There were two others on the Elmwood team that also stood out and did everything they could to make sure I had an awesome time;
Vinny Asermely helped me out tremendously when it came down to the financial side of things- he was definitely looking out for MY best interest and I really appreciated that. He made it work for me and I am so grateful!
Jared Murphy had been around to be a help whenever needed also and answered questions- he was so much fun! Brought many laughs to the whole process- making it as stress free as possible!

All in all I had a 5 star experience at Elmwood Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
Not only will I refer my friends to them I will also be going back in the future.

What a great car buying experience! The salesman, Al and the financial administrator, Vinny couldn't have been more helpful, informative and professional. No pressure sales tactics, they gave me a day or two to think about it and were fantastic throughout the experience.The first time in my car ownership life that I have zero buyers remorse. This is now my dealership.

I had an amazing experience this weekend! We live in PA but we were visiting family in RI for Thanksgiving. My 2016 Chrysler 200 died on me. I called Elmwood and spoke with Scott. I explained that my car wouldn't start and I was trying to get home. He said he was busy and couldn't see me until Monday. I asked if I could just come in because we were stuck and he said ok. I got a jump and went to Scott. He plugged the car in and gave me a few options. He was able to take the car in and get it serviced, even calling frequently with updates. I ended up needing a new battery, which they replaced. I spoke to one of the mangers while I was waiting and he offered to give us a car to drive so we could go shopping and get around. I was beyond impressed and thankful for Scott and the team. What could've been a complete nightmare turned out to be a complete breeze. We made it home safely and the car is just fine.
