Great experience with Elite Title! A couple of weeks ago we sold our home and Elite Title played a pivotal role in ensuring the deal went through.
They did the title work on our home when we originally bought it a little over a year ago. Things went smoothly and we moved into our first home.
However, a year later we had some road blocks when selling the home. A different title company chosen by the buyer was being a little picky about the original deed. The surveyor, Elite, and another fellow professional saw no issue. Either way it could’ve made the deal dead.
I spoke with Tammy at Elite Title and her team was quick to respond to ensure the deed was acceptable for us to sell our home. It’s one thing to do right to your customers when you are in the process of a transaction, but to go the extra mile over a year later is great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a title company that stands by their work in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area!

Tammy at Elite Title was great. She responded quickly each time I called or emailed her and stayed on top of a very strange situation with a recent closing. Documents were sent right away when we learned last minute we needed a POA and after a couple of unforeseen delays, the transaction closed seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Elite Title was used for the closing in the sell of our home. I cannot say enough great things about Tammy and her staff. From the beginning they were very thorough and the service/communication can’t be beat. They handled everything seamlessly for a quick and easy transaction. No issues at all - would definitely and easily recommend Elite Title to anyone. And would use them again should the need arise. Thank you Tammy and Elite Title!! 💙
