We are new clients of Phoenix HVAC and had an experience which exceeded our expectations! They were highly recommended by a colleague after our HVAC system kicked on one day and we heard sounds of tumbling metal & ice. Scheduling a technician to inspect our unit was easy; they were even able to accommodate my request to visit as soon as possible when their schedule was stacked. Tyler B. was the technician who came to visit - he was incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC and answered every question I asked with a genuine interest in sharing his expertise. When I asked Tyler a question about a detail of the Legacy Membership, he called the Phoenix HVAC office to be sure he gave me the exact right information. He even put the phone on speaker to maintain transparency. Another detail I noticed was that Tyler was thoughtful about locking the doors behind him when he knew he wouldn’t be returning to that area for a while (eg: the front door after fetching the ladder from the truck). Based on the original referral and the experience we had with Phoenix HVAC, we became Legacy members without hesitation. Kudos to the organization for prioritizing the customer and their experience during a time when stressors & potential expenses can be high!

My furnace was blowing cold air. I called Phoenix and a technician was available the same day. Abel came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Reasonably priced too. I would recommend!

Phoenix installed a Heat Pump for our house. From the quote to the installation it was clear that they know what they were talking about, they use the products they install and can talk about their pros/cons in an honest way. Their price was extremely competitive and Jon was happy to answer all the questions I had before pulling the trigger, which were a lot.
Connor did a great job on the installation and he even took time to brainstorm ideas of how to further improve the comfort of our house using the boiler/radiator system that we now use as a backup.
It's been a few days since the installation, and we've only had above freezing temps, but so far the Heat Pump is working excellent despite the common thought that they don't work in our climate.
We look forward to keep working with Phoenix in the future.response / report this review -

I love working with the team at Phoenix HVAC and am so glad that I found them among the much larger companies in the field. Phoenix is big enough to provide help when you need it but small enough so that you come to know the people who are working in your home or managing the office. They are just all around excellent, responsive, and good, hardworking people--and all of their technicians have been great too. I worked with them to remove my two existing a/c units and replace them with two new Bosch heat pumps, a new air handler to replace one of my furnaces, and new thermostats. They worked with my convoluted and shifting schedule in connection with other construction projects, got here on a dime when the schedule changed, and now have us set up with a new system we are very excited about using as our primary heating and cooling with natural gas only a backup during extreme cold. On top of that, they are among the only companies I found who are serious about heat pumps, electrification, and where this industry is (and needs to be heading). Not only do they install Bosch heat pumps, they have them on their own homes so they know what they are talking about. I highly recommend working with Phoenix on your next project.

Got my furnace and AC replaced and Phoenix was great all the way through. From my first call with Maggie, they were very responsive and quick to get someone out to quote and then to schedule the replacement. Dom and Bill did an excellent job and I trust they did everything necessary to get my old system out and my new one in and they stayed late until they could make sure the system was running properly. Planning to join their maintenance membership as well! Thanks to everyone at Phoenix!
