We had 10 motorized shades installed more than 6 months ago. But one of the shades was defective. Window wonders said they were going to replace it but have not so. They do not return calls when we try ask them about the replacement.
Also they have never connect 3 of the shades to the hub so we could use them with the Hunter-Douglas app despite repeated attempts to get them to do so.
Bottom line - they have never completed the job and do not appear to want to do so.

Mark helped to select and install Hunter Douglas shades in my home. Fabulous job, beautiful shades. Worth the $$$. Highly recommend Window Wonders.

Mark was great at measuring and helping me decide on colors etc. installers did fantastic job and took time to make sure everything worked and all the remotes were programmed for me. Would highly recommend Window Wonders here in Sedona!

I wanted blackout window coverings for all my bedrooms and Mark and his crew went above and beyond to make that happen. He customized aluminum tracking to fit 9 windows and had it powder coated to match our decor perfectly. It looks truly amazing and works even better. He is accommodating, professional, kind and stands behind his work. His work and pricing are so great, I contracted them to do all the rest of the windows in my home.
