  Liked the software when we began using it. Then we ran into several issues with functionality. We reached out to customer service several times and issues still occurred. Finally, decided we had to cancel services. Which they force you to call and make you listen to their sales pitch on why you shouldn't cancel. Since finally canceling well over a year, they now send a letter through a collection agency for $140. Until receiving a letter they never informed us of any outstanding balance.

  We tried this CRM for my business. There are several issues with the platform. We addressed the issues and they don't care that their system has several problem (over 30)., They do not care to fix the issues and the sales person and customer service is not good. Save your time and do not use this system until they can fix the issues.

  Not impressed at all. started a contract them for a promo rate and every month theyve been charging us the regular rate and then received a cancellation notice that services were terminated before we ever really moved our CRM over to them. Major waste of our time.
  
  10/7/2022 edit / response to reply. I dont know how many client business's you have starting with DSR. we had already received the refund thru a credit card dispute and we were sent to collections by keap. for breaking the contract. Now the collection company stopped responding after showing them the cancelation email sent by keap.

  Worst company i have ever worked with. Be very careful to sign with Keap as once you are signed in and start paying monthly fees, you cannot get out of it. They will take monthly amounts out of your account even after you have left. If you have a choice, go with another company for your broadcasts and whatever else you may find out there, but certainly not KEAP, as they just KEEP taking fees out of your account & will not stop, even after many calls and emails to cancel the account.
