We have been Platinum members for over 2 years. Could not be happier!! We needed a repair on our air conditioner on the 4th of July. I called Mullin and they said they would send someone and would call when they were on their way. I went right out to open the garage door and the red Mullin truck was pulling into our driveway!
A month ago I called Mullin because we noticed water on the floor in the guest bathroom. Soon a Mullin plumber arrived at our door. He took a look and determined that all we needed was some silicone run between the counter top and the wall. He got the silicone, put it on, and didn't even send us a bill.
Everyone we call Mullin, there receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The service folks - guys and gals - are knowledgeable, always polite, they take care to make sure their shoes are covered, and they always do a great job.
As a senior with a disabled spouse, Mullin folks have gone above and beyond - even changing the batteries in our smoke alarms for us.
I have - and will continue - to recommend Mullin Plumbing and their awesome Platinum Plan. We sleep better knowing we never have to worry about a huge heat or air repair bill. Love it!

Mullin is great. The Platinum plan is unbeatable. $45 a month for no more stress. They come replace your filters, clean and service the equipment, AND if anything goes wrong it costs me nothing! What a fantastic deal!

Mullin Plumbing, is who the Company I work for uses for all their Plumbing needs. ( Chandler Engineering) Mullin has a quick turnaround on calls, and has never made us wait on their service. Mullin is very thorough when determining what the issue is, and resolving it. We have been using Mullin Plumbing since before, our newest computer system was installed, July of 2014. When you find a Company worthy of your business, worthy of taking care of all your needs, you stick with them.

When we bought our new house we didn’t ever want to have to worry about the “big expenses” having warranties with Mullins was the best decision ever! Every time I call they always answer my questions and I’m never put on hold. They always seem happy to help. They also send out reminders when we need to schedule a FREE bi-annual service call, which is nice because that’s not something you always think about. Look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Rob came out on Memorial Day holiday. Came in same day for a faucet that was just spraying water all over our bathroom. Had to cut into our drywall to fix problem, but made sure to cut a nice panel for us to easily repair. Explained everything in detail to my husband and I. Thank you Rob!

Edit: Additional work was done to our tub. They were able to remove our front panel so it can be easily re-installed. Very informative. Wish I could do 5 stars twice!
