I have seen Elite Lawn Services’s trucks in our subdivision so I contacted them for our lawn/landscaping projects. My first attempt was via their website where they promise prompt response. I filled out the form on last Monday and gave a brief description of the projects. I have not heard from them so I followed up via e-mail on Wednesday. I still have not heard from them as of now, Friday, so I decided that they are not the right company for us.
Even if they are busy or they currently do not accept new customers, they should have sent me a brief note letting me know of it instead of completely ignoring my service/quote request.

Elite took care of my lawn and did a great job while I sold the home and no longer was in St. Louis. They were responsive to my specific needs and communicated well over the phone and email. I would recommend them for all landscape needs, great job!

Elite Lawn Service did an AMAZING job with my garden wall! They listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. Jordan is so great to work with, he was very patient with me and SO helpful while choosing plants. Not only was it a pleasure working with them, they also were very competitive with their prices. Definitely give Elite Lawn Service a call before booking your next outside project!

I have been using Elite's services for over 2 years now for my lawn/landscape maintenance and have been extremely happy with the quality of service and work that this company performs. One thing I also appreciate is that Elite's trucks and crews are always clean and professional which is something that does not get recognized like it should.
