Used Airport express to and from Jacksonville airport to St. Augustine. Norman picked us up he was very professional and friendly. He gave us a great smooth transport, he was also very informative about local places to tour and eat. Tim was our driver on the return back to airport, he was just as friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to this area. Also a shout to Wayne who sets up all the transport. Wayne made sure everything was in place that drivers where prompt etc.

This was an outstanding airport shuttle service. Wayne is so easy to work with and called me the day before we left with specific details regarding our airport pick up. Our driver texted me when we arrived with where he was waiting for us. On our way from Jacksonville to St. Augustine, Norman (driver), gave us many suggestions on restaurants and attractions. He was very knowledgeable and a very nice man.

Our driver was waiting for us and texted us even before we reached baggage claim. I felt that the overall service was excellent - we were even contacted the day before our flight. Our driver was great and great resource when we asked about St. Augustine. I shared our praise with our tour leader… a wonderful introduction to this part of Florida.
