Exceptional cost effective cremation services with impeccable customer service during a deeply distressing ordeal. I can't recommend them enough. Andrew and his office staff were more than impressive and the packaged remains as well as copies of the death cert that were included can't be beat. I am going to prepay my cremation with them! I know they will treat me with dignity and respect as they did my deceased mother! Thank you for your professionalism and quality care!

It was, of course, a very difficult time and the online system was perfect for my families needs. My younger sister fell critically ill and passed away within days. I live several states away. I was able to find and fill out the forms with ease. They called me with the few questions they needed for clarity. I was notified at every step what was happening with her and what to expect as we went through the process.

Her urn is beautiful and she arrived safely packaged.

While I hope this is not a service I will need for a very long time, I can say I was treated with dignity, respect and compassion.

Death is never easy, especially when it’s your mom. My mothers illness came on quick and unexpected. We had reached out to Andrew and his amazing staff. To be honest with the price they charged we were not sure what to expect. When the time had come when our mom passed and we reached out to the crematory, they arrived in a timely matter. They were courteous and extremely respectful. This is my first time dealing with this type of situation. I wasn’t sure what to expect. They brought a beautiful blanket and pillow and treated our mom with dignity and respect when she departed. Thank you to you all for doing such an amazing job! Gulf to Bay Cremation was amazing during the most difficult time of my family's life. They were compassionate and handled every detail with extreme care and professionalism. I used Gulf to Bay for my mother's cremation after losing her on Thanksgiving and they were just wonderful! Andrew was great with staying in constant communication with me as I live in an entirely different state but my mother resided in Florida. I recieved my mother's remains and all paperwork in under 2 weeks, and was kept informed every step of the way. Dealing with a loss is by no means easy but Andrew and his team were wonderful with all the help they provided. Highly recommend them. Thank you for everything!
