After shopping around at other manufactured home dealers in the SLC area, which were all bad experiences, my Wife & I were so glad we stopped by Elite Housing, Darrell Mecham was wonderful to deal with, and so helpful and knowledgeable. We own a lot in Manila, UT and wanted to buy a manufactured home to place on it. Darrell helped us through the whole process. We are completely satisfied with the final result and would whole heartily recommend anyone looking for a great deal & experience to purchase from Elite Housing, you won't be disappointed !!!!

It's so fun to see all the model homes.
I don't know what the other posts are talking about. I toured the model homes, in the wet rain.

The guys at Elite Housing are a breath of fresh air when it comes to buying a manufactured home. We were about to give up on the idea because of the terrible experiences we were having with other retailers, until we found Elite. They made the whole process so simple and took every worry and hassle away. They even made the arrangements for our foundation. The home was place on the foundation within four weeks of our order date - incredible! Don't waste your time with the others, Elite Housing is the best!

First time I have ever been blown off, I am buying a house for my mother, and she wanted something simple. This was going to be my 5th investment into purchasing a property, they guy who attended us seemed to be the owner, and my mother wanted to look at the cabin which was 189k, quite cheap if you ask me, an 18 year old making 35k can afford that. He told me it was too expensive, assuming my income, I rather purchase at Summit Creek, even if properties are over 800k. This disgusting man won't receive my business.

We're purchasing land and are looking for a quick build home to put on it. We stopped by to view a home and the sales guy completely brushed us off. He wouldn't show us the home because it was wet outside and "besides, it's $189K." As if we couldn't afford the home so he would not give us the time of day. He didn't even want to show us the floor plan or answer our questions. We're buying our mountain retreat, but we definitely won't be coming back to Elite homes for it.
