Hands down the best bicycle shop I have been too. Amazing selection of the best bicycles, a.k.a. Specialized. The guys are super knowledgeable on their inventory and have done a fantastic job with the Zagster system in our wonderful city. Their Tune-up rates are incomparable along with their quality. Salesman know what they are doing and are generous and are always willing to work on pricing. I will never go anywhere but here they are absolutely fantastic and all my friends and family now shop there as well. Thank You so much BIKE BARN!!!!1

Needed to get a bike rack for my 87 Toyota MR2 which is not a car that manufacturers have in mind when they are designing bike racks. The people at Bike Barn in Manchester where extremely helpful in finding/ test fitting bike racks that would work. Ended up getting a Saris Bones 3 bike rack and was very happy with the customer service I received. Store is very nice as well with a great selection in all styles of bikes, derailleurs, pedals, gear and so on.

I live on the Nashua, NH / Mass line on Rte 3. The closest bike shop is Goodale's, yet I have decided to drive the extra 15 minutes to work with Eli and the great team at The Bike Barn. 1st, they are all very knowledgeable, yet have a much more comfortable, down to earth approach to servicing their customers. I have purchased 2 bikes (higher end Specialized and a kids specialized). In both cases they were cheaper than the local competition. Where they shine is in their service department. When I had a problem with my bike (I got a stick stuck in the derailer), they fixed it quickly and the price was very reasonable. I recently dropped off two kids bikes for tune ups. In both cases, the bikes required substantial work. I just picked them up today and they are both working great again. My boys are very happy THANKS AGAIN ELI!

went in with almost zero knowledge of full suspension bikes. came out knowing way more then i could have possibly thought. i have forgotten the young mans name who helped me but he knew everything under the sun about bikes. very helpful and gave awesome insight as too what to look for, for my next purchase. when the time comes i will almost certainly be buying from here. prices on bikes seem quite fair for the quality i could see. the amount of technology that has come since my last bike (bought in roughly 2007) is ridiculous!
