Enjoyed the food and service was great. Our waitress was very polite and attentive without being overbearing. Food came out very quickly and was fresh and hot. The only thing that wasn't perfect - not cooking burgers correctly, ordered medium well and it came out barely medium. That would have made it fine stars.

We were seated right away, good service and good food. It showed they cared about quality as we got a pretzel appetizer where we felt it was fine but they felt it was overcooked. They gave us a second one for free. Turns out they were right as the second one was fantastic while the first one was pretty good.

An excellent hunk of fish on delicious extra thick cut chips. Truly the best fish and chips I've ever had. They had a full on tap selection of beers both local and imported. The ambiance of dark finished wood and a live musician for Sunday brunch was also a nice touch. The waitress was also very friendly, and since it was my birthday they gave me a free chocolate cake!

The pretzel appetizer was fabulous. The mustard dip was yummy. And Dana is a great waiter.
Back again 11/11/17 great service again and I loved that they took the extra step to split the salad my friend and I asked to share (after the delicious wings, pretzel and buffalo chicken dip). Hubby raved about his stout pie.

Excellent experience. Food and drinks were great. Sarah was the most outstanding waitress I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made my wife's birthday so very special. First visit and because of the great experience we enjoyed, we're definitely going to be repeat customers.

Went British Beer Company in Manchester NH .My daughter ordered a drink and of course waitress carded her,she took notice of her birthday that was two days ago ,unknown to my self or daughter they brought her a cake with candles on it( not a small cake you would expect either) now that was a act of kindness that was unexpected ,Her manager was notified of her act of kindness just to take upon herself to do this! Thank you British Beer Company for your act of kindness and to the kind waitress Crista you are a credit to the restaurant, This one restaurant I will be sure to return to.

Second time grabbing week day lunch at the bar. Will definitely be back. The half priced options at the bar are a great deal. The burger was actually cooked to the medium rare that I requested whereas most restaurants will torch the poor patty. Some fun beer options but also $3.5 craft brew draft options. Waitress, Lindsey, was fast, personable and attentive.

We use to love this place until they changed the menu. The food choices have drastically changed, the food is now over priced and the selection has just become weird. We spoke to the manager who really didn't listen to our comments and only gave us a sales pitch on the new menu. Our waitress was very sweet but said that since they have changed the menu she has had a lot of customers pass their menus back to her and politely walk out. Sadly we will not be returning to the British Beer Company and will be telling our friends.

BBC is a more authentic British bar & restaurant. There is a good selection of beers with some authentic methods of pouring the beer. The staff was very friendly, service was good, and the food was wonderful. The fish & chips was spot on and everything else on the menu looked good too.

We worked all day and were eager for some chow. Split a beef and lamb gyro fries and a three dip combo with pita. Really enjoyed it, modern decor, and cheeky cooks. Lotta fun, great place!

My husband and I are visiting Manchester and went here for dinner one night. We got seated right away. Our waitress Shannon was excellent. She was very helpful in choosing one of their many beers on tap. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Overall really good experience.
