The food is healthy and delicious. Something new but similar to mexican food. Really enjoyed the meal!

Local Salvadoran food restaurant. The food was just ok for me. I ordered a standard breakfast plate (eggs & casamiento) and the eggs were a little bland. Also ordered an horchata, it didn't taste anything like it normally does, so we requested something different and were not allowed to switch. Even though the waiter said that the owner wasn't to happy with it either.
On the up side, it was very clean and the waiter was very attendant.response / report this review -

Customer service its really bad. Needs improvement. Keep in mind customers have to be happy with service. Their food its ok.

The best pupusas I've had in San Diego. Very tasteful, service is always good, and price is reasonable. Definitely recommend the horchata they serve.

Great authentic food and service. The owner personally greeted us and recommended some dishes from the menu which added a nice personal touch to and overall wonderful experience. They also have private parking in the back. I would definitely visit again.

Cry-worthy. Tastes I've never experienced before with ingredients I've experienced plenty of times, practically on an everyday basis. Well worth the wait. Pupusas all around with sides of rice/beans (combo'd), fried plantains with sour cream and a corn soup for sweetness. The house sauce and pickled cabbage amplify the flavors. Can't wait to come back!

The best Salvadoran restaurant in San Diego! Pupusas are always made fresh so I always recommend this place to everyone. And there ripe plantains are always perfectly prepared.

So rude, no class!!! I had asked to use the bathroom before we were seated, the waitress pointed to the bathroom. Then a lady ( either a manager or owner), came running after me yelling in front of everyone (I didn't realize she was yelling at me at first), after I closed the bathroom door she started banging on the door yelling that the "bathroom was for customers only!, get out now!" She acted like I was some homeless person off of the street.
It was so embarrassing. I came out and everyone was looking at me. Uncalled for and disrespectful. And no apology. Needless to say, they lost a good customer. My family will never eat there!response / report this review -

The food is good. But my visit was not so good. First they took to long to take us to our sit. Second when you order you food you have to wait to long for the food. Third they mess up my order and when we told them about it they just listen and talk to the waiter and ignored us and kept working like nothing happen. We had to go up to the counter and talk to them. And when they made it, it had no flavored in it like they did it fast. That's my experience. But overall the food is okay it's just the service that's not good at all.
