Large amounts of very good food. The pollo chipotle is perfect; they use some serious peppers.

Absolutely delicious! Service is great. Cheese dip is on point. Get the fajitas parradillas Mexicanas. They have 4 different meats, and the pork is especially delicious! Best fajitas I've had in a long time.

Please do not sit outside if you want good service. Servers brings something else which n mess up with everything.

Used to enjoy ordering from here and dined here with friends a few times. Not amazing but good food and good prices. Quit going after a coworker ordered a quesadilla and a large dead fly was found inside of it after she had already taken a few bites. Didn't look like it had just landed in the food either, it appeared cooked. Too paranoid after that to eat here anymore. That food should not have made it out of the kitchen and someone should have noticed that.

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrific customer service. Adela behind the bar has a poor attitude. The restaurant as whole is unorganized and can't handle an average saturday night. We came in to get take out and NO ONE HELPED. This is not a post about food, it's okay, it's about pride in their work. No one was friendly, didn't try to help order, upsell, no drinks, didn't check the order, gave us the bill. RIDICULOUS. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that have better food, better atmosphere, and better service. SERIOUSLY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Love the El Porton experience. Would be five stars except for the obnoxious drinkers at the hwy 9 location. A problem the other location doesn't seem to cater to. We have eaten at this location or another every Friday night for years. The screaming drunks seem to like the location. A problem not experienced elsewhere. Food and service on most visits is great. Would even consider 4.5 stars. Never blame the staff for a management call. Will be back Friday as usual.

Love coming here on Sunday's with my family.They have an actual mariachi band! Excellent service! Most importantly the food is awesome!

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Not sure what is going on there as we've been three times in last 6 months and it gets worse each time. Food going down hill, served cold, they don't bring you chips when you run out anymore, salsa seems to be different and more watery. Plus, the sevice has gotten terrible. Items forgotten, drinks that don't come until after the meal. I will be finding a new Mexican "go to" restaurant. I'm done with this one.
