Motherlode Club is the best thing to eat on a trip to Park City!
This is the 2nd time during our vacation to go to collies. Great food all around the table. You should eat here while in the area.
Great food, great prices, & amazing staff. Plus it has enough TVs to show any and every game you could want to see. If you haven't been, you're missing out.
Great food and friendly service! The thin-sliced brisket was especially tasty.
Excellent! The best brisket outside of the Hill Country in Texas! Excellent service, good and sitting at umbrella tables watch the world go but.
Super good food! Really slow service. Our server seemed bothered with every question we asked. The burnt ends brisket was tastey.
Many TVs - great for watching the game! The beers are reasonably priced and food is delicious. We liked it so much that we came back 2 nights in a row.
Awesome service and the food exceeded my expectations. Try the Jupiter bowl for a super filling, tasty meal!
This place has amazing BBQ! I came here 2x in a row. The first time I had the pulled pork sandwich and the next time I had the ribs. Sooooooo good. Both of them could be spin off restaurants by themselves.
Service was perfect. Kind, personable, attentive. As far as Park City goes, and this specific Main Street area, Collie's is a lot more casual than most of it's surrounding competition. But it's nice to have a place and grab a simple bite to eat and some drinks without having to break the bank or make reservations. We were there after driving back to Salt Lake from our camping trip and decided to stop in Park City for a bite when we stumbled upon Park Silly, the Park City Sunset market. Collie's was in the middle of all the madness so we stopped in. Pretty mediocre food, but sometimes that's really all you need.
