If you're looking for high end, this isn't it. If you're looking for an inexpensive island motel with mid century charm, this is it!
If you are looking for some fancy hotel with free breakfast this is not the place. This hotel was built in the 50s and still has thay vibe. It is a cute little spot to hang out and be close to the other peiple staying there and the staff. The pool is nicely shaded and there is an awesome rooftop deck to lounge on. It's a short walk to a small beach and a 10 minute walk to the main strip of Duval st where the bars and restaurants are.
Nice little hotel off Key West most high priced lodging areas. The rooms are simple and clean with a small refrigerator, no microwave. There is a swimming pool open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. There is no elevator. The ice machine is by the soda machine at the entrance. Free Wi-Fi available.
For the price, this is a pretty decent hotel. Rooms are clean, and pretty bare-bones. Service is not that great but that's to be expected. It is located close to the southernmost point. Overall, if you are looking for something affordable, this is a pretty good option. If you want something that has a nice view, has good service, and is next to the beach, this is probably not for you.
Location means that the sea port and most attractions are within walking distance. The room is clean and well presented and the grounds of the motel are great with nice plants in the center of the rooms. The roof top terrace is also nice.
Definitely the Vintage 50's it says it is. It was affordable and clean (our room smelled very strongly of Lysol). All we did was shower and sleep there so it served it's purpose for us. I would stay there again.
This place looked much better in the pictures. The walls are missing paint, the rooms are furnished with furniture from the 90's era. The location is great with location to the beach and several small businesses, but places such as Ron Jon, Sloppy Joes, etc. Are quite a walk (~30 minute walk to those areas) the guy at the desk was very helpful during check-in/out. Our housekeeper only replaced towels and restocked toilet paper during our stay. The pool was a good temperature (not hot and not cold) but it wouldnt hurt having extra cleaning. I would only stay here again at a cheaper price.
Helpful staff. Moderate prices for area. Being upgraded. Part we were in had rooms surrounding a patio, small areas with tables, chairs and foliage on each Level. Location was convenient to most things visitors would want to see.
Well located, clean comfortable rooms. Nice pool area to lounge in.
Many if the reviews for this dump are laughable. This motel is acceptable in only the most narrow sense in that it provides a bed a four walls - and literally nothing else. Priced at more than $250/night, one would expect an the most basic of amenities, a reasonably decent room and a shower that actually provides water. The bathrooms are a whopping 3ft wide and 8ft long - not an exaggeration. Ridiculous place for the price. You do NOT get what you pay for with this place. Avoid at all costs.
Been to this older yet quaint Motel its a old flinstone type place but very unique.. considering it has a nice pool and laundry, parkingfor your car . 120.00 IS OK
Perfect location. Great price. Clean rooms, beautiful pool
Really liked staying at this hotel. The location is walking distance to the visitor attractions in the area. Rooms are decent and provide clean environment for the price. The manager who signed us in was very pleasant and guided us very effectively. We ended up saving a few bucks because of that. Can't go wrong with this place if you are on budget.
