Where else can I get awesome food, cheaper than McDonald's (lunch time) with food that gets out in less than 10 minutes? El Calporal. The people are friendly, the margaritas flow freely and did I mention the food was freaking awesome?!!! My go to place for lunch and dinner dates with my husband.

The peach margaritas are amazing..tropical fajitas are to die for, and you can up size it for 2. my husband had pollo michiacano he loves it. The waiter was amazing he was on top of it..

Great place for lunch. Seated quickly, service was good. Got our lunch really fast. Fajitas were good. Will eay there again. This was our 3rd time eating there. Very consistent each time.

This place is quite good, one of the best in the Lake area to my mind. I had the tacos with the freshly fried corn shell tacos and they were excellent. It runs a good crowd, lots of families. It's a good place to eat.

The salsa was exceptional with just the right "heat". Had the pork carnitas. Tasty and tender. Service was above average. Yes, I will dine there again

We always enjoy this place. The food is consistently good. On Tuesday they have $1 margaritas that are a great value and taste good. The service is good and food is served quickly.

First time here. Had the Steak Mexicano and my hubby the Fajita plate. Chips and salsa 2 thumbs up. That salsa! Waiter was attentive, funny and nice. We had sopapias after. Hubbies favorite. Only thing i regret not doing is getting a nice cold corona. If you know good Mexican good then you'll like this place.

We love the food here. Haven't been disappointed once. My only complaint would be that the food came too fast. They have the lightest, crispest chips of anyplace we eat Mexican and I could have eaten two more baskets.

The food is ok but last time I was there, they messed up my order, (chicken nachos, i got chicken, beef, and bean nachos.) They never came back to check on us, so i ate some of the chicken out of it. They made me feel bad for saying anything at all and i was asked what I expected them to do, they said maybe they should charge me double. They did end up discounting the ticket, but made a big deal of it.needless to say, I won't go back!!! El Espolon, you just got a new customer!!!

On days they're good, it's amazing. When they're off it's slow service. Most staff is friendly, they're never rude. They are pretty awful about getting high chair or asking if you need one. We had to ask our waiter three times before we received a high chair for my 1 year-old
