Lying doctors. No one cares to properly read test results. Given wrong medication.
Facility is clean and new. Nurses are attentive.

Some Doctors are not respectful of bloodless alternatives and can be very rude and unprofessional.

Facility is visible from street and huge parking all around facility.

Must go thru security to enter, good thing but at times there may be a line.

Facility very clean and staff friendly.

Gas and shops are not close but short drive away.

ER always provides bad service!
Awful, rude, and lazy staff! From the registration staff to the nurses, to the physicians! I went to the ER on a few occasions and always feel the same way walking out! I can't believe how horrible and lazy staff is. I waited 8 hours and had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer, while the nurses at the nurses station and the ER physician sat and joked around cussing and saying ignorant things I waited in my room and never got seen. I use to work at this very hospital so I know when staff is "bullshiting" and I already knew I wouldn't been seen for more hours to come so I left. The only person who was awesome was the transporter ! Someone who appreciated his job and didn't take advantage, apparently nurses and physicians think their gods and patients ain't worth their time they only assist to get a damn check. Sad!

Ten days after I moved to Palm Desert, my daughter became terribly ill. We weren't even sure where a hospital was! She was seen in a very timely manner in the emergency room and ended up in the hospital for 32 days. She had an excellent team. Dr. Rose Li, Dr. Block and Dr. Gearing were EXCELLENT. She also received excellent care from the 3rd floor (east) nursing staff. Everyone was very professional and did a great job at explaining what was happening every step of the way. I feel very fortunate that she was seen at this hospital because she likely would have died without a team that understood her condition.

Emergency room personnel were really great. The great stops there. Have a broken wrist. The only orthopedic physician they have cannot see me anytime soon. When calling to make an appointment was told different information every time I called. No sense of urgency or compassion from any staff member. I would not recommend using Eisenhower for any medical needs.
