Beautiful location. We really enjoyed our meal and the staff was very attentive. Withholding a 5 star rating as it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food. And the restaurant did not appear crowded.

Very nice atmosphere, very romantic spot. The food is awesome the service and staff are excellent! The food is top notch in preparation presentation as well as quality and quantity. The prices are quite reasonable. If you get the chance go!

Beautiful hotel!!!! The view is amazing, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. My room was on the first floor with French doors that opened up to a patio with a view of the lake. Chef Will at the restaurant was great and his food was amazing. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. If I ever am in Palm springs again this will be the only place I will consider staying.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Slightly off the main highways. Beautiful views in all directions. This Chateau doubles as a quaint inn and a popular restaurant overlooking the tranquil Lake La Quinta.

Horrible staff liars.. We were going to make a reservation here for some friends. We were told one price over the phone, but then told excuses about why our rate was not going to be honored at booking time. Soleil Management manages this property. Very dishonest and aggravating hotel people.

I don't know where to start and finish!!!! Terrible experience!!! From the beginning all the stuff had horrible attitudeworst customer service ever 😡😡😡 I think majority of reviews is people working there and owners. The pool in the pictures looks really big in person very tiny for amount of people stays there. On top of that very dirty🙄 They should either have couple of pools or one big one! Food was horribleI mean you pay alot of money to enjoy your stay. The only thing was nice about this place was the view from the room. Really disappointed will never go back or recommend to anyone.

Food was excellent, service was friendly, and the patio was quiet and comfortable. The view of the lake was also quite pleasant. The restaurant was able to make appropriate accommodations for a toddler as well.

The service was excellent. Room was nice, spacious and relaxing. Dinner on the patio overlooking the lake at Melange was superb. We had the halibut special, ahi and the prime filet Oscar. I'd recommend them all. The parking is valet only, but it right out front and included. I would stay there again. Shopping is a close walk as well.
