New beds are great, and offers basic hotel features, free breakfast. No frills and good parking area

Great beds, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. All rooms have patios. Ours faced the front of the hotel to a very beautiful courtyard.

I was actually really surprised by this holiday in. It was much nicer than I was expecting. The beds we're very comfortable and the room was nice if a little crowded. The breakfast in the morning was only pretty standard for hotels in this price bracket.

Clean room. Great supply of outlets. AC is solid. Good channels on the TV. Breakfast is good. Front desk was hopeful even when they could not find my Groupon reservation. Good location with food choices nearby. A little further from most of the centers but if you are looking to get to Indian Wells or Palm Springs it's not too far away. Paseo is nearby for good shopping.

The room was very clean with all the amenities needed with a modern feel and comfortable beds. Tiny sink area though. Continental breakfast was good with fresh cinnamon rolls. All the staff were friendly.

Good for an economy hotel. Staff was nice and it was clean. But My key didn't work when I got to the room right after checking in, and it happened again later that afternoon. Never had my key next to my phone/money clip/wallet so I know it couldn't be me. Besides that it was fine for a Holiday Inn Express.

Christian is the man! We had a late check in and he didn’t waste any time asking which floor he could accommodate to us. Quickly told us about EVERYTHING! Parking pass, free breakfast, pool & hot tub hours. It’s nice to jump off the road and head into a place with representatives who understand the exhaustion! The rooms are newely renovated so ZERO complaints. The parking lot is spacious as well. Great stay for the $$$! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

COCHROACH INFESTATION!! 2 HUGE ones in our bathroom. I give a hotel a 2 stars when a situation occured that is completely unacceptable. I may be willing to return if I get a proper response from the hotel or IHG corporate. There have been other reviews that have mentioned roaches. In addition to being informed of an action plan, I will monitor reviews before I EVER stay here again. As a Spire Elite customer that stays weekly in hotels, I have never experienced something so disturbing. The hotel immediately switched my room, but their lack of shock made me realize it is not an uncommon situation. The corporate parent sent my concern back to the hotel and did little to make me think they would assure it would be resolved. I still have a hard time believing they did not refund my room immediately. Otherwise the hotel is fully remodeled in a great location, get your roach infestation under control!

This place is an excellent hotel location if you are heading Caoachella. Very close to the shuttle and has a good friendly vibe. The pool is nice and the rooms are okay. Obviously the rooms have seen a few years, but the renovations are nice and refershing. The breakfast is okay and so far we are really happy with everything.

First night rude service but in end became better. Room was not as pictured in pictures on site. Under construction but rooms are smaller then they appear. Bottom floor so no balcony. Nice sauna and pool. Sides supposed to.open at 7am. Went outside to pool area table. Tried to.come.back in 745 am and sad to say locked out and had to walk around to find entrance.
