Very unfriendly and put out if you ask for any help. Was much friendlier to a few regulars that walked in while I was there.

I went in on Sunday to have my clubs re-gripped. In short, the first guy who handled the order didn't listen when I said I needed undersize. He also said he'd call when they were completed. He didn't. The next day, I went to pick them up, and he had put on standard, which don't work for me. I also asked him to find a putter grip similar to what I had, and I thought it was close until it was put on. It was way smaller.
It was about 6:30 p.m. and the store closes at 7:00. Charlie and Eric doubleteamed to make the clubs right. They both worked on taking off the grips and tape to re-re-grip the clubs. Charlie worked with me to find a putter grip that worked. Another associate (I believe her name was Laura) also stayed to run the front of the store, while they worked with me in the back.
Totally awesome guys - no complaints at all (they were probably irked as hell though, but never let me see it). Major Thanks to them!response / report this review
