They always do a good job and are really friendly. But sadly they take forever! I had a 10:00 appt yesterday and it took then 2.5 hours to do a tire rotation and oil change which is border like ridiculous! It is like this every time I go and you'd think I'd learn to just drop it off but that's not convenient at all. Just plan on spending time waiting.

Excellent customer service from start to finish!
It was actually a real pleasure to drop off my car for service! I opted to wait in the lounge; I was offered beverages and snacks; there is a TV for entertainment; the chairs are comfortable; and the people are incredibly personable! I’m so glad we chose to get our second car here; everyone has treated us with such kindness, and like we are part of the family!
On a final note, Chris Stephens helped us out during the purchasing of our new vehicle. He was so wonderful, funny, easy-going, knowledgeable, helpful… It made my very first experience in purchasing a brand new vehicle very special and memorable!! Thank you Toyota, for your outstanding customer service!! I highly recommend this business!

I can't say enough great things about Toyota of Fort Walton Beach from the car buying experience, to finance, to the service department. I own three Toyota's one of which I have bought from them. I was able to do a lot of my negotiating over the phone with a great salesman Chris Stevens and then when we showed up he had the car pulled up to the front ready for us to look at and paperwork ready to fill out to go to finance which is where we met Dan who was also amazing. The whole experience was fast and efficient. When can you say that about buying a car?
Now to the service dept. hands down BEST service dept. Edin is who I see on that side. Hands down amazing! He is honest, straight forward and has your best interest and safety at heart. I am a women and not once have I felt like I was being taken advantage of. He is very good at explaining exactly what is needed and how it's going to be fixed. I'm very impressed with this toyota location and they have earned my business for years to come. Great Job FWB Toyota you have nailed down great customer service all around.

We bought a new highlander at the fort Walton Toyota this weekend. Our sales person was Travis. He was attentive polite and intelligent. He was in no way pushy at all. He took fantastic care of us and got us exactly what we were looking for. Dan in finance also did really well for us in getting us the payment we were looking for as well! I highly recommend!

Spoke to "Beth" in Service this morning. Just moved to the area from Houston, TX and was using Don MacGill Toyota (Excellent Customer Service). Beth at Toyota of Fort Walton Beach needs to polish her Customer Service Skills a touch. As a Service Director at a multi faceted dealership myself I would certainly expect a more friendly approach to people attempting to make a service appointment. Due to this phone experience I will drive to Daphne, AL to have Service on my truck. After the horrible Customer Service skills shown I cannot think to even let anyone there touch it. May have the best techs on the planet but I will never know.

The staff at Toyota were wonderful. They were very professional but also had a hometown feel about things. They were exceptionally helpful in getting me the exact vehicle I wanted. It felt like I was working with friends every step along the way. Toyota has a great reputation for their vehicles and the staff at Fort Walton Beach Toyota embody the definition of top-notch customer service and carry that strong reputation well. Mike V from the Internet side of the dealership made the deal very easy and uncomplicated.
Mike presented the many option a Camry has to offer and the decision came down to a color choice.
The deal took all of 45 minutes

Just bought a new 4Runner Limited and Toyota of Fort Walton Beach made the experience a very pleasant one. They got us the exact vehicle we wanted and added running boards as part of the deal.

Worked with both Jake and Mike who were very polite and knowledgeable. Also, can't wait for the new dealership to finish construction.

We have been speaking to Jake for a few days and looking online and wasn't sure what we wanted just an SUV in a price range we could afford.

Jake was patient and didn't rush or pressure us which I appreciated more than he'll know!

We ended up coming in around 6 and he walked us around the lot and we ended up falling in love with a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport.

They got us approved quickly, gave us more than we expected for our trade in and worked with us on the down payment.

We were in and out in 2 hours and they stayed after hours to take care of us.

The finance manager was also amazing. Straight forward and to the point which I also appreciate and got us a payment we could afford and was extremely knowledgeable!

All in all, everything was excellent. There was never any pressure or rush and we were treated with nothing but kindness and respect.

I would highly recommend this dealership and Jake! This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!

On November 26 2016, I and my family stopped by Toyota of Fort Walton Beach to look at the Highlander. Jake, the dealer, received us very well and very knowledgeable. He worked with us gently and shown us all the SUV on the displayed. He is very gentle that through out the process I didn't feel any pressure to have to buy the car. We were well received and well informed. Overall our experience with Toyota of Fort Walton Beach are very awesome. We love the Highlander that we bought from them.
