I asked for acrylic gel nails, and half way through the process she didn’t the manager did the opposite of what I asked for. If there was any confusion that she had felt she should have approached it before hand and she did not. Through getting my nails done 6 of my friends were in there and she made a very rude comment about one of them. Calling him a “riff raff” and she also said “ I was trying to keep my iner b**** in”. I found that to be very rude and then I got charged $15 for something I did not ask for.
The owner Chin is the BEST!!!!! You will never have a better pedi than you will with hergo give it a try! I have followed her all over Savannah and hope I never have to go to anyone elseEVER!
The staff was friendly and the complimentary bottle of water was nice, but I am very disappointed in my results. I wanted SNS on my natural nail (no glue on tips) and my cuticles cut only. I was told it was $45 for SNS and manicure together ($35 for SNS, $10 for the manicure). I did not want a full manicure, only my cuticles cut, but they told me it was $10 regardless so I might as well take the full manicure. Ridiculous. I shouldn't have to spend $10 extra for someone to rub lotion on my arms if I don't even want them to, but I really needed my cuticles cut so I did it anyways. Then of course they up charge for French tip, but that's pretty standard so I'm not upset by that. Altogether it cost me $50 plus tip. I had them done on Sunday 10/1, and today it is Friday 10/6, less than one week of having the nails, and 4 of my nails are cracked (one cracked the very next day on 10/2, one cracked on 10/3, and the other two I'm just noticing so I don't know when they cracked), and they all look like they're coming off around the edges, much like acrylics would look after having them for several weeks. Also, my cuticles have been peeling. My nails looked great the day she did them, but they should not look like this after less than one week of wear. I haven't even done anything strenuous with my hands this week to cause it. I work in a classroom. I was visiting Pooler from out of town, and left right after my friend and I got our nails done, so I can't even go back to ask them to fix it because I live 4 hours away. Super mad I spent $50 on nails that are supposed to last two WEEKS AT LEAST and yet they have lasted me 5 days.
💩💩💩💩💩I had a really bad experience today. My SNS french looked like the kool-Aid man when she was painting them. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SNS NAILS!!!! They don't have a clue what they are doingI stopped her before she was done and got up and walked to the front upset. The guy apologized and said he was going to give me my money back and try and fix my nails. He did his best, but it wasn't a good experience. He painted my toes and kept my money. What a liar. All the Asian girls giggled about it as if I wasn't in the shop. I don't speak your language, but I know when someone is talking about me. ASIANS WITH ATTITUDES THAT SPEAK POOR ENGLISH. No wonder the place is empty most of the time. There are too many nail shops in this town for YOU people to have poor customer service. And the old lady with the glasses on that sits next to the bathroom looks👀 at you as if she don't want you there ever. Asian grandma with attitude. 😡A rude bunch of Asian liars. This is the USA, we expect great customer service and quality when we enter an establishment. If you can't produce that, sail back to your country and stay there!!!! 💩💩💩💩💩 I will never go back there again!!!!👎🏼
I'm from Florida and I've never experienced service like that before. The medicine and pedicure were different from what I'm use to. I really enjoyed it and would definitely visit again. Philip was my nail tech. Very friendly!
Very clean, friendly, prompt, and professional. I would definitely enjoy coming again. Very nice gel mani and spa pedi. Well staffed with professionals. If I could give 6 stars I would!
I see Amanda when I come visit for my rare haircuts. I love that she's not pushy and will listen to what you want. Picture are great but can only take you so far. She understands that and I appreciate her patience with me. Ill see you soon!!!
I had the best experience at Eden today. I absolutely LOVE my nails they are EXACTLY what I asked for and wanted!! Nion did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back to her from now on. She takes her time but is not to slow about it and does amazing work. Great customer service!! I definitely recommend this place.
I arrived for my appointment on time, the receptionist was too busy on her cell phone taking care of what seemed to be personal business. As I'm still standing in front of the desk she started scrambling through her purse, so at that point I decided to just go ahead and take a seat in the waiting area. I was finally seen 15minutes later. My hair color did not come out how I had requested. Got a very dark brown instead of a medium/dark blonde. I understand I have black hair that is exactly why I went to a salon for professional hair coloring. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.
Paid $50 for a gel set of nails. And that's with a fresh new set of nails put on. I've NEVER paid that much for this kind of work done. Everywhere else I paid $30. I felt like they were price gouging because of this storm. Because that price is truly ridiculous. If it wasn't for my original nail shop going through a flood during the hurricane I would never went there. I will NEVER come to this place again. Hell Atlanta nail shops don't even charge that much. Everybody said I was crazy and that I need to have this looked into. So I am.
This spa is awesome!!! I have NEVER received such great service before! I was in town for work and truly needed a pedi and a fill in. I received the $25 Classic Treatment. It was cheapest pedi so I expected basic service and treatment.I RECEIVED THE BEST TREATMENT ON MY FEET!!! Good massage, nails clipped, cuticles cleaned, even a sea salt scrub!!! Nion provided my service and she is great!! This place is highly recommended!
I got a pedicure the other day - we were walk ins and seated within 5 min, the place was nice and clean, they use foot tub liners which I've never even seen before so kudos for cleanliness there. They didn't try to push anything on me - in fact I asked for her to add flowers and they were the most detailed I've ever gotten - very lovely. I'd definitely go again - my pedicure was $30 which is reasonable to me. The quality was good/very good.
