Tanya has been styling and coloring my hair for about 3 years. She is very talented and always does an excellent job. I get lots of compliments on my hair style and my auburn color is very close to my natural color. Tanya and her staff are very professional and also very warm and friendly. They always go the extra mile for their customers. Tanya's salon is a great find for me. I always leave there happy.

I was in town for wedding and wanted a cut and style. Service was great during my phone call and while at the location. Atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. Very easy to speak to about what I wanted done and I enjoyed my experience with my stylist (which i forgot her name but think it started with a 'T' and she has curly dark hair). Hair cut and style was fantastic. I was very happy with my entire experience and I would go regularly there if I lived in the area! Special thanks to my awesome stylist!

After seeing all the negative reviews, I wanted to comment on how happy I am to have Rick color and cut my hair. The color is always amazing and the cut looks great as it grows out I only get to Savannah every 6 months or so, but the cut holds up the whole time. I highly recommend Rick to anyone who is new to the shop or unhappy with a previous stylist.

My wife went in (with an appointment) today for about a 4 or 500 dollar dye and highlight job. Now, keep in mind, that everyone in my family has been there before more than just one time.
Today, Miss Jenny, goes in and there is this young blond lady mixing up the color or whatever solutions. when all of a sudden, the hair cut girl in a loud voice in front of all the other customers says " I cant do your hair, you have lice, get out of my chair and don't shake your head or you will get that all over my stuff." Being really upset and embarrassed as hell, my wife gets up and goes to the dressing room to change back into her clothes, then she goes and finds the owner and asked what she saw in her hairthe owner looked at it and said dry skinthats all. small specks of dandruffthen the young girl actually has the nerve to ask miss jenny if she still wants her to color her hair
Now, after being insulted, in a LOUD manner, IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS who were looking at miss Jenny as if she were a nasty monsterthe girl, WITHOUT even a bit of an APOLOGY, asks Miss Jenny if she could go ahead and earn that 4 or 500 dollars by going ahead and coloring her hair
Needless to say, Miss Jenny left the Riitz Salon (Located right next to Michaels on Abercorn), went next door to Ulta and had her hair done.
Please everyone, show these people that we DO NOT need such a company (customer service as it is) here in Savannah, by telling everyone you know about the sheer rudeness of these people and the lack of social skills they need to have without trying to thoroughly embarrassing a customersolution?? If the young lady had a problem, she should have pulled the customer to the side and spoken quietly about it. It's time to teach these people a lesson about manners, rudeness and apology's.
This little text (along with the picture of the salon) is going on all of our facebook pages as well as on the walls of both Daycare's.

I went into get a stacked bob haircut and came out with almost no hair left on my head… I'm having to pay someone else to fix it and get extensions put in Not only was it too short but it was very poorly cut and had to be fixed… Don't risk it go somewhere else

I went in to get a balayage hair color. I have brown hair and just wanted some subtle caramel highlights. My stylist was Kimberly. She did not do anything close to the picture I gave her. I left with more blonde hair than brown and lines all throughout my hair (especially in the front) where her technique was obviously not correct. She offered to fix it but there was no way I was going to let her get anywhere near my hair with color again so I went somewhere else to have it fixed. I asked for my money back and of coarse that did not go over well with her. I shouldn't have even paid in the first place. She said and I quote, "There is nothing wrong with the hair color I did, but there may be something wrong with you!" That was so rude and uncalled for. What is really sad is when I went over to Ulta next door to get their stylists opinion, the guy new exactly who did my hair before I even told him. He said, " Kimberly colored your hair didn't she? I can spot her color jobs from a mile away." So please Beware of this place. I wasted my hard earned money and was treated very poorly.
