The oil change, inspection, and carwash done on the car were perfect. No complaints. But the service manager could have done a more professional job. He asked me if I needed my spark plugs changed, and I told him I didn’t know. Later the mechanic informed me that the spark plugs had been changed in October 2016 and the service manager just missed seeing that in the history of the work done on the car. The service manager made a number of excuses for why he missed it. When it came time to pay for the oil change, I gave the service manager a $15 rebate check. When he rang it up, he told me the price was $30 more than it should’ve been, and I questioned the cost. He then realized he had added the $15 to the cost of the oil change instead of subtracting it.
This place has the ability to move cars through quickly. I had a long but pleasant wait while they performed a recall. The customer waiting area is VERY NICE! Unfortunately the place is a bit top heavy due to sheer volume. There was a bit of difficulty locating what I was coming in with. Also personal touch (ability to remember who you are, what you're there with, and why you're there) is a bit lacking, again I attribute that to the volume. All in all was a good experience though! I will be back and would recommend the place.
We had a great experience buying our SUV from Eddy's Toyota in Wichita, Kansas. This dealership is top notch and Adam Smith went above and beyond showing me all of my options. He made sure that we ended up with the SUV that we were the most comfortable and fit our budget. There was no hassle, pressure, or sales gimmicks. We felt peace of mind driving off the lot, and we will most definitely be back. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends, family, and any other potential buyers. They are outstanding! Thank you Eddy's Toyota!
In person employees were super nice and very helpful. The servicing department has been great. The dealership didn't pay off my previous loan despite numerous calls and complaints. After making reviews, the dealership followed up with me within 24 business hours. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray and Jim to get everything situated. They are paying for a credit dispute out of pocket, adjusted training to prevent my issue from happening to others, and even paid for the really nice all weather liners unexpectedly for both my vehicles. They were exceptionally remorseful over the disconnect and have/continue to improve and make it up to us. They are certainly out for customer satisfaction and will go to great lengths to ensure you are happy!
Okay, I bought a car with them. I am happy with my car. Seven years later, someone calls to ask if I am happy with my car at my old workplace, taking up work time to give me the message. We're busy. Why are you calling where I *used* to work? They leave an out of town number for me to call back? I called the number listed on Google and tell them to take me off the list. The person I am talking to can't and needs to transfer the call. NO. Take the message and talk to your people. This is called service. I want service, not a transfer -- which is probably a sales person to sell me a car. I am calling *you* out of courtesy. Evidently, they don't want my business ever again.
We had great experience. Recently bought a Van. The place is nice and clean. The team is very friendly and not pushy at all. Luis Sanchez is an outstanding person to work with. Very friendly and professional. Johnson was great as well. Very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
I had some warranty work done (airbag replacement) and my car was returned very quickly as well as washed and vacuumed. There was a panel that a technician forgot to put back on, but they took care of that and had my car ready for me in minutes. It made me realize how much I liked getting my car serviced regularly at Eddy's. It is more expensive than some of the other shops but they try hard and they give you great service.
We went late Friday night and Manny was very up front and helpful. He didn't try to pressure us but worked real hard to help us. We couldn't get financing finalized until Monday but he worked hard to make sure we were happy because we are customers. Very good customer service.
My husband and I have had a great experience with buying cars from Sam at Eddy's Toyota in Wichita. We have purchased 3 cars from Sam in the last 90 days and feel quite at home! Sam is very kind, very informed about the Toyota products and takes time with no pressure in helping the customer (us) on buying a car. Sam makes us feel that buying a car can be a good experience and that makes it easy to come back and purchase another car..but we will need to wait a little bit longer to buy the next car!!!!Thanks again Samand Eddy's Toyota! My salesman, Cameron, was awesome and I felt very comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable and makes the customer feel valued. I give him 5 stars. I also got a great warranty. The downsides to this purchase is that the closing salesman said I would get payments below a certain price and the business manager wouldn't honor that. I ended up making higher payments than I wanted. In hindsight I should have shut the deal down. Also, they are hounding me constantly for proof of income. How did I get approved if they weren't sure I had income? I work a full time job and told them it would take a couple of days to get the info. They want it right now. It doesn't inspire confidence to buy from them again.
For my first time buying brand new I couldn't have been happier. Steven the salesman was a great help and was very professional and polite. Dalton my finance manager also did a great job as well. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend friends and family.
We were driving 3 hours to see one particular vehicle. Becky kept in contact with me throughout the week and was cleaning the backseat herself when we arrived! She was attentive during the entire 3 hours we were there. The numbers guy (don't remember his name) was the most pleasant "numbers guy" I have dealt with. Even the finance dude was pretty cool.
They got me below the payment I was comfortable with and even advised me on how to get money back from the warranty on my trade-in.
The whole experience of having my car serviced at Eddy's was great. From the service man I first had contact with to the coffee & popcorn I consumed while waiting. The service was great. I am very happy with the whole experience. The service man was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. See ya next time.
I just bought my car from Eddy's and had a really great experience! The staff are all so nice; not the fake nice, kiss-your-ass type you expect from car dealers, but genuine real people! They were attentive and made every effort to help us find exactly what we wanted. I am not a fan of car shopping and I was not the most pleasant customer (totaled my car and was not happy about having another car payment) but the staff at Eddy's took great care of me despite my somewhat negative attitude. Will definitely be going to Eddy's for all of my vehicle needs in the future!
I'd like to specifically call out Christian for the help and advice prior to our purchase, Ed and Ryan for the awesome shopping experience, and Jacob in finance! All of these people provided the best customer service. Thanks for putting up with me and getting me into my amazing new Toyota Highlander!!
I just purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla and just love it. Toyota has such a good reputation. I also want to comment about the sales person Peter McGee would highly recommend buying from this person in fact ask for him if you are in process of finding a new car. I worked at a car dealership and dealt with car sales persons for 10 years and know how some work so hard to push you into a car you cant afford you get mad and leave. I was so impressed with his manor in which he dealt with me. He valued me as a customer and worked very hard to find what I wanted and in my budget. I would certainly want to buy from him again. He is a real asset to the company. Five Stars for Peter.
