We were extremely disappointed in our stay. The lobby and hallways smelled of smoke, the pillows on the bed were completely flat and heavy and the continental breakfast was mere cereal muffins and waffles. For what we paid, we expected the basic accommodations of a hotel. I will say the staff was friendly, but in every other aspect our stay was unacceptable.

Very affordable rates, clean and comfortable rooms. Love the Belgian waffles in the morning. Beds are very comfortable.

For being $60 For a Saturday. Great deal. Easy check in, room was clean, and beds were comfy. What else do you want??

The lobby smells faintly of smoke, but the rooms are clean and decent. There is an obvious effort to update.

Didn't stay they had 1 room and once they saw I had a service dog said I couldn't have utt because the guy that normally rents it for 4 days a week had allergies. I explained that they were breaking federal law and if I called the police right now they could be fined for breaking federal law. He said he knew that but I still couldn't have the room. I said fine if rather sleep in my car with my dog. He thrn called someone and started speaking whatever language Indians speak i finally got fed up and left. I did not a disability that is obvious and felt like they did not believe me. Its going to be a long few hours but at least I have my dog and I'm not being judged.

Great customer service. Clean rooms even smells good. Flat screen TV and comfortable. Only down side was not much for a continental breakfast. Experience was good.

Paint chipping off walls, dirty bathroom, baseboard falling off the wall in large strips, smelt bad, bedding didn't seem that clean, and overly priced on top of it all.

Terrible. First off, you can not understand the staff. When we booked a room on the website, it said that we can pay online or on site. We chose to pay at the hotel with cash. We were not told, however about the $20 deposit for paying cash. We were told that we couldn't have any visitors not even for a half an hour. When we dropped off our bags and left to go meet some friends, my boyfriend found random gummy bears STUCK to things in the room. We told the front desk and had the 3 that we found cleaned but the second day we were there we found more. Breakfast was a huge lething down. There "continental breakfast" was a choice of TWO items. The cereal dispensers were broken and the apple juice was watered down and the orange juice was moldy tasting and old tasting. Never got a receipt or anything. The hallways smelled like smoke. Never staying here again.

I have 1 word to describe this horrible place ROACHES! seemed like a clean pleasant place until I'm sitting on the bed about to remove my socks and roach crawls across my hand! I killed the pest and began to look around the room a little closer and found 3 more I went to the desk and asked for a refund and the lady didn't want to give it to me until I threatened to call the police!
