This gentleman and the whole company is not only professional, they are reasonably priced, on time, answers all questions even if asked more than once, very friendly, courteous, cautious, makes sure you understand what is going to be done, makes sure you are aware and approve of any changes during the process, sometimes our house didn't cooperate due to being an older house and they made sure we were on board with EVERY STEP of the way. We have used them 3 times and will always use them again.

Our AC started freezing up, so we called Eck at 8am and had a technician at our home by 8:30. Our technician, Dalton, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain to me in detail the diagnostic work he was doing on our system, as well as what our options were for repair. I was super happy that he took the time to explain to me how the cooling system works, and where he noticed our system was failing. We have used Eck before for electrical work, and we will be using them to install a new furnace system as well. Fast work and awesome technicians. 10/10

I'm gonna preface this by stating Eck services were contracted through the property management company for my duplex. After waiting most of the day, no fault of Eck, Thane showed up and got to work on what I thought was a thermostat issue turned out to be a failed capacitor on the unit outside. Thane was awesome and very professional. Offered to walk me through the new thermostat he set up. Just all around great experience. Thank you so much Thane, now go have that well deserved drink!

We originally asked Eck Services to come empty our home septic tank, but after further inspection found o it whole system needed replaced. Their office took care of planning, calling and working with the state and county to get everything approved quickly.
Everyone on the Eck Services team was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with! We look forward to using them for all other home repair in the future!

I highly recommend Juan at Eck Services. Today he completed a detailed review and repair on several electrical items in a townhouse we just purchased. Professional and timely communication along with quality work is what Juan provides. I appreciate that he offers ideas to consider when he sees an area of opportunity to save money or add convenience. He has a great understanding of current technology and shares it in a way that does not make us feel pressured. We will definitely call Eck and request Juan for any future electrical needs.
