  They never came. I called to get information of what was happening the day and time the delivery was scheduled and they said there was a shortage on the area. I had all my crew ready to work at the place and everyone had to go home. They said they called a day before at 6 pm but that’s a lie, I never received a call from them, I checked. I will never hire them in my life.

  Attempted to contacted them several years ago. Gave up after a week of no response and used someone else.
  
  Attempted to contact them first of this week. Tried several times. Looks like I'll be using a different company again due to no response.
  
  I suspect they are not responsive or timely to customers that do get a call back.

  This is an outstanding company! Ernie (scheduler/dispatcher) was knowledgeable, responsive, allowed me flexibility of scheduling around weather conditions, and upgraded my product to 3500 psi for free.
  
  Trucks came early and patiently helped me clear a path to the pour location.
  
  When they say I was short on man power, they called HQ and had Justin on site within minutes. Justin saved the day, literally jumping right into the action. This was way above and beyond my expectations and he would not even accept payment!
  
  I am grateful to have found this company and will never work with another concrete crew in Austin.

  If you want a company that will work hard through the night to get the job done, you got them.
  
  If you want a company that doesn't respect your neighbors by making noise through the night, you got them.
  
  If you want to work with a company owner who doesn't care (in his own words: "it's only one night, it's not the end of the world"), you got them.
  
  Seriously: do yourself, and your neighbors, a favor: work with a respectable company with a professional owner, and avoid this clown.
