Everyone there is super nice and take great care of animals. We took our two cats in and one is getting better with a shot and eye drops that were given. The other cat was too young for the shot so we were given some chews that will hopefully help. Highly recommend East Side Animal Hospital.

Boarded my dog for a weekend here. Great experience and some of the most friendly staff I've ever met at a vet office! Very patient and informative! Made my dog feel like a long time patient and I will deffinately be back. Thanks so much!

They truly genuinely care about your pets! We had to put down our 14 year old lab because she had a tumor on her spleen. The dr talked to my kids and helped us to explain what was going on. A week after her passing we get a card from the vet! They treat your pets like family, the best out there!!!!

East side animal hospital is a wonderful place to take your pet! The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you and comfort you when you need it most! Doctor Scott Thompson is a wonderful veterinarian he saved my little guinea pig over seven years ago and chloe is still here because of his skills and knowledge and passion for animals! Thank you all for your help and taking care of my little piggy chloe she is still with me because of Eastside crew😇😇😇

I absolutely LOVE East Side Animal Hospital. I took my precious Buddy there for 14 years before he passed and now I take my adorable little girl Willow (both toy poodles) to see all the great people at ESAH. They treat me and my furbabies like family. Couldn't ask for a better group of peopleLove you guys!!!!

I took my dog there for 12 years. The staff was always kind and compassionate, especially the day we said goodbye. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Stewart made sure i understood the care he received. The office is always clean and maintained. I 100% recommend them and will go back with any future pets.

Just moved to the area and was referred by another client and was not disappointed. Great staff and doctors. The family cat had his checkup and yearly shots and the staff handled him professionally and were awesome!! There was a connection with Katelyn because we used to see her in the city we moved from!! Great to see friendly and familiar people!! Thank you!!

The staff at the East Side Animal Hospital is absolutely second to none. I have an extremely difficult dog who was in need of vaccinations and a general checkup. The staff at ESAH, especially Dr. Stewart, was so loving and caring to my dog. If you are in need of a veterinarian, do not hesitate to contact them. Thank you so much to everyone who was extremely helpful to us today.

Our pets before these we use to bring to see Scott Thompson. We were always very happy with the services and care. The staff and vets we have seen with Ollie and Lucy have been great! We saw the other veterinarian with Ollie for his check up and she was very thorough. We are happy to be back!

If you make arrangements to have your pet boarded over Xmas and want to feel safe your pet is taken care of; DON'T GO TO EAST SIDE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. I was quoted a price of $58.00. I told the receptionist where all my sister's dog's shots were given in 9.16 several days prior. When I brought the dog in so my 81 year old sister(who is in a nursing home) could spend 3 days WITH ME, the receptionist said with a snotty response, it will be 150.00; not 58.00. We require a fecal test and border cough shot.
Had the receptionist taken the time to read the report, my sister's dog had both the shot and FECAL test in September 2016. I have NEVER had trouble with the techs or vets. This non caring receptionist doesn't know her job and has a chip on her shoulder. I will never take my animals to a place with a receptionist who treated me like she did and ruined my sister's Xmas. I have to choose a STAR, BUT NONE for this type of negativity and nastiness. The other colleague who gave me the price initially, just sat there. I TOTALLY RESENT THE RECEPTIONIST'S BEHAVIOR AND LACK OF LOOKING AT THE REPORT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE HAS BEEN CURT and UNCARING BUT IT IS THE LAST TIME.
