My review is based on our experience years ago. Whether or not things have changed I don't know. But I'll give some observations from our time there. Considering how short & generic the other reviews are, my review may help someone.
We attended CFC twice when they had a new lead pastor that had graduated from the liberal Dallas Theological Seminary. We were more and more appalled by him as well as the service & congregation and felt things were VERY wrong there! Let me say that again, we felt there was something very wrong not only with the pastor but the "church" itself. I guess things weren't totally lost because we later learned that the "church" got rid of him. (I don't know the details just the outcome but hear he's in downtown Evansville now which is alarming) The service was a mess but people were not noticeably aware or up in arms about it. We said to ourselves we would not be going back. We noticed that, like many other "churches" around the country, they had moved the older long-time members into a smaller service in another room. This is a tactic used in order for "church" change or "takeovers" to allow further drift away from following scripture.
We were surprised that our child also noticed that something was very wrong as well. Our child said to us "I don't want to go back to that crazy Church, that place is crazy. Please we are not going back there" We had not said a word; this was out of their mouth not ours. But it made things easier not having to explain why we were going elsewhere the next week.
Perhaps the Holy Spirit made this happen, but we briefly met with the former long time lead pastor (D.N.) as well & we were not impressed with him either! But it was a brief meeting, just some things were said to us that caused us to suspect something which I'll not explain here.
Whether things have changed, I don't know, you'll have to decide, but hopefully this information is useful.
I'll add an earlier observation that happened even farther back. I visited there 10ish years earlier as well. I was told that I should get into a small group. Then I was told again in such a way that they communicated it wasn't my decision, I WOULD BE in a small group. Wrong! I was out of there. This was obviously an early adopting "church" following anti-Biblical teachers pushing church change.
I checked to see what Bible version they are currently using as of March 2017. As expected, they are purposely using "Vatican influenced" twisted translations. I also saw and heard some very disturbing things when I briefly watched one of their latest sermons. (It was just glaring; can't believe people don't see it.)
Using KJV quotes is apparently not the case at CFC. Instead they mainly use versions such as NLT and other modern translations of "Vatican" picked manuscripts. The "Vatican" owned and chosen compilation and translation thereof has been used since the 1960's to translate Bibles. The new Bibles undermine scripture often leaving out the Deity of Christ as well as weaken and twist many other scriptures, in fact take out some verses entirely or puts them into footnotes to make it sound as if they don't belong. The corrupt Vatican influenced translations, such as NLT, make Jesus sound like He lied to his brothers when they asked Him if He would go up to Jerusalem (John chapter 7:8-10). If Jesus lied then He could not be the perfect sacrifice needed to save man from Hell if they accept the pardon / Jesus Christ. John 7 is only one of 1,000's of subtle twists. Compare John chapter 7 (KJV) to modern versions in the seats at whatever "church" you attend and you'll be shocked. Also: compare Luke 23:42, 1 Cor. 1:18, Mark 10:24, Acts 3:26 to KJV. I encourage you to figure this out and at a minimum, read those verses to see whether you trust the Bibles in "church" seats any longer or will bring your own.

Always a joy to share fellowship. Helps me get threw the week less angrier. Most of the time. Pastor Dale Beaver is a great teacher.

This was my Home Church in 1976-80 before leaving town for many years. Interesting that God not only brought my youngest daughter, Mary, back home after 6 years, but placed her on staff at CFC. It's like I never left, still Bible Centered and a ton of God loving people. The Fruit of the Spirit looms large here.

Pastor is awesome with an easy to understand teaching of the word. Worship team is great as well. Love the radio station too. Can't go wrong here.
