Many of their dishes are delicious. Television sets on every wall. This is a sit-down restaurant so you need to expect to wait a minute or two for your food.

My family and I have been going to this east coast wings for over a year and have really tried enjoy it each time. However, we joke every time about the "D" squad working/managing. Our last experience we had a server that appeared under the influence of something and didn't ring up half of the order. Then while waiting for the food she forgot to put in, she also brought out the wrong food. My wife explained her discontent with the service and a manager never came to the table to apologize or address the situation. Really disappointed with this place and hope that someone will step up and be a leader about getting it on track.

Had a very unpleasant experience at East Coast wings today. The floor and every unoccupied table had trash all over it. Never got the salad or ketchup we asked for. To finish off the experience the to-go box given to us had been used with sauce on it. Wouldn't recommend this place and I'm never going back.

Seth is great!!!!!!! He is the best owner and manager you can findSeth has grown up in the restaurant business while being a founding father in the EAST COAST WINGS franchise..He created the cookie skillet for pete’s sake!!!!!!! He cares about the food, employees staff and his business. If you see his brother Jared in the store make sure you say hey to him.. Jared has Down syndrome but wants to be apart of his brothers buisness as much as god allows. Stop by and east some wings from one of East Coast Wings Founders and his retarded brother..

My friends &d I decided to go there before we went to the movies. They refuse to serve us. We literally waited for 15 to 20 mins and the waiters jus ignored us the entire time. Then we saw a roach crawling like it was his home. Jus for the horrible serviceI will be calling the health department!!!!! I'm never going there again!!!

Service was awesome but food left alot to be desired. Processed foods that tasted like they had been frozen or made out of a box. 😞

I really didn't care for it. The only thing that was good was the fries. I tried 3 different types of wings and some kind of dip and a burger.

First and last time we will order from East Coast Wings. Called in a take out order for my son and I and multiple items were missing from our order. When I called back to discuss it I was hung up on. When I finally got through to the manager, who apparently took my order, I was assured I was not charged for the missing items and that was it no apology, no offer to correct their mistake, nothing. And I'm still not sure I was not charged for the missing food, it's not adding up right. If the manager is that incompetent I can only imagine how the other staff members are. The food we did get was not very good. The wings were very dry and crusty. The carnival fries were plain, no powdered sugar or cinnamon like the menu promised, and of course they forgot the sauce but that should be ok because I wasn't charged extra for it according to the manager. Great job guys. Way to go. Wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered.

Where do I begin.. Our family of six went to eat today 12/31/16 the place was dead. It took us over 1.5 hours to get our food. We had to ask for refills on our drinks and chips every time. We ordered 35 wings and only 25 came out and we let the the waiter know. We asked about them 2 more times and then the waiter said that he spoke to the kitchen staff and manager and they agreed that the wings left the kitchen and where they went after that was a mystery. (His words exactly). We let him know that they never made it to the table he then looked at our table and said that it looked like we had enough wings anyway. We spoke to the manager and he took 5 wings off the bill. The waiter smarted off several times when we asked for napkins, silverware, and dressing for the salad that was ordered. Seriously DO NOT eat here!!!!! We are ECW fans through and through but this locations does not deserve to have East Coast Wings on their front door. We felt like we were eating at Dick's the service was so rude, disrespectful, and down right unacceptable. This place needs be reevaluated, staff changes, and maybe then it might be worth something.

I thought it was a pretty nice experience. The food was good and the games were pretty well covered. The only thing I would change is the staff.

I have visited here more than once. However on today 6/26/16 the service was HORRIBLE. The waiter didn't take down our order with pen and pad which lead to my order being wrong TWICE. The manager never came out to make things right now apologize and didn't offer anything off the bill. Not to mention there were flys EVERYWHERE. Obviously during the week there staff is horrible.
