I was hired at the Johnson City location and I showed up to my first day of work to find out the store had closed. I was hired two days before this and none of the management mentioned this. No one called me before my shift to tell me the store was no longer opening. They said it was due to a "maintenance issue" but I have heard from other employees that a lot of managers were let go and they could not keep the store running-I'm not sure this is 100% true because I have been trying for three weeks to call the manager who "hired" me but she has not found it important to return my calls. VERY unprofessional and dishonest.

Great wings and very helpful staff.
My wife and I usually have wings left over when we order 25, but not this trip. We had the choice of 5 flavors and we chose the following:
Drunken apple, mango bango, key west lime, Teri ginger garlic, and Cajun garlic.
Excellent flavors! We ate them all, but the drunken apple was our favorite.
Nice patio, it is enclosed and heated, we were cozy.
Nice setup inside with a bar area then the main seating. Plenty of folks partaking of the menu on a Saturday night.
Great place, try it!
And they give a discount to Veterans.

I come eat here at least twice a month. Things wasn't looking or tasting so great for a good while. I went today and just had the best food and service from Mary. Just like how it was when they first opened. Seems like they got back in the groove!

So far we have tried the wings, potato chips, shrimp tacos and cookie skillet. Everything has been delicious and reasonably priced. The portions are generous also. Will definitely keep going back for more.

Very good ambiance. The wait staff are all very nice. Quick service and reasonable prices. Tons of flavors and degrees of heat for the wings. Must try!

I visit here often. The food is great, but service has been getting worse in the last few months. Today took 35 min to get 1 appetizer of chips and beer cheese and 1hr 10 min for food for four of us.everyone one around us with some being part of two same wait. One table for tired of waiting and left.we were going to leave after an he but they said our food was at the window and would be right out. 10 min later we recover it. So if your in a hurry I wouldn't recommend. Not sure if we are going back or not. 😡

It a good place to eat on Monday all you can eat wings and chips thru March only on Thursday you can eat wings for .65 each.

The wings were GREAT. The service sucks. The bartender was the only one working. There were 4 other females on the other side just standing around talking. The bartender was waiting tables at the bar area and outside by his self. Took forever to get waited on.

I love the selection of sauces and the wings are usually really good (we go often and they've only been dry once). It's one of the few places where I venture to try different flavors and I really enjoy how customizable the dishes are. Their appetizers are fantastic (especially the fries) and their salads are huge. Their deserts are really awesome too. It's definitely a crowd pleaser, I just hate how many calories I take in when I eat there, haha.

Service was amazing. From begging to end. Very nice restaurant, amazing service, and very very good food. The steak Philly sandwich was amazing. Looked as good as it tasted, and the buff Mac n cheese OS something different to try. Would definitely recommend this as a go to place.
