Asked for my toes and nails , girl named Linda wouldnt do the design i asked 4 but instead did the one she picked out and NEVER did my toes, veru disappointed. She was really rough too.. Was recommended by my Dr office, but i wont go back.

The nail tech that did my mani was great. I even went the extra mile and got a pedicure. She made them look better than they had in a long time. First time in this shop and I will BE going back. The mood polish is great.

I was very impressed!! On Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays its walk-ins only. So, we went Friday evening after 5pm. I've never seen someone as fast as all the nail techs are here! Plus, my daughter-in-law wanted designs on hers, the guy used the picture she brought as a guide and did the designs perfectly!!! Plus, we were offered refreshments! This place is pretty awesome! Definetly recommend you try it out!

Perfect end to a hard day. Got my name's done by Cherry But at True Nails. She is an artist, who takes a lot of pride in doing a great job and pleasing her customer. She has done my nails 3 of my 4 visits at True Nails. Geraldine was awesome on my 1st visit and introduced me to Car Eye magnetic polish. Loved it. The customer service is excellent and I truly enjoy the atmosphere. Stop by and let Cherry turn your nails into a work of art.

2nd time I've been here and will NOT be back! The place is soooo gloomy. No one said hello when I walked in and even acted like I was a bother to them to be there. The pedicure was ok but my nails with shellac have to be redone, as they look terrible with the color on my skin,, ugh. Like I said 2nd and LAST time! Even gave a tip and the lady just looked at me, not even a thank you. I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

My sister and I went to this salon, PAID and left unnecessarily large tips for our nail techs but afterwards received an incredibly rude phone call accusing us of not paying. These ladies were so unprofessional; screaming into the phone, having side conversations, making false accusations without being completely positive that they were calling the correct customer, and never apologized for their mistake. Customer service experience is definitely not a necessary requirement to work in this salon, I will DEFINITELY not be going back.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I told them i want extra attention to dry skin on my feet, and ask which one i should choose. He said that part was the same with all of them. Nails are uneven and shaped horrible. He just got up and left when he was finished. I had to ask the worker beside me if I was done. Will chose a more professional nail salon from now on. Jonathon did my first one I had there when they first opened and he was awesome.

The receptionist​ was SOO nude!!! Usually it is a guy but now it was some young girl and was so incredibly unpleasant. Completely unprofessional. Not the relaxing environment you would want!

Awful. Anywhere but here. I paid $36 for a basic french white tip set. I would've been fine with the price if the experience wasn't so awful. My middle finger looks crooked, and none of them were filed evenly. I'm still trying to file them. Also the acrylic is really thick on one side of my nail and flimsy on the other side. SHE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF THE NAIL WOULD FIT BEFORE SHE GLUED THEM ON!! I don't know if it is because I am a younger women, and they didn't care. Or because it was just an hour before close. But I would've loved great service, and probably would've tipped +$20 just for decent nails. The girl next to me had hers perfect, and the lady doing hers started first and was still going after I left. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!

Only put five stars so my experience would be seen and read! It was absolutely awful! WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER REFER THEM TO ANYONE! ALL I WANTED WAS A FULL SET FRENCH MANICURE AND THEY DONE MINE ALL WRONG IT WAS HORRIBLE AND THEY STILL MADE ME PAY! They are rude and don't know what they are doing obviously! Wish I would have took pics! Just trust me when I say the place is the worst ever!

Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. Went in to have my shellac polish redone. The lady cut me twice with the nail file and the next day I noticed abrasions on every single finger from the buffer. Then she soaked my fingers with alcohol, that felt great let me tell ya. Appreciate the sanitation though, I guess ha. As a "bonus" the lady was very unprofessional. She had her snacks, phone and cigarettes just lying beside where she was doing my nails. Wish I would have got up and left. Will definitely never be back! #lessthan1☆
