It's always a great day when you have an appointment for pampering scheduled! The staff is all so friendly and welcoming. I have received numerous massages that have helped ease the tension in my body. They are very accommodating during each visit to focus on the areas that need the most attention. I look forward to more visits and especially to the new location that will be opening in spring. It is my go to place!

A wonderful place to relax and get away from life for awhile. I had a 90 minute Hot Stone Massage tonight and Corie was amazing!! Everyone is very nice and the massage therapists are extremely skilled. I have never had a bad experience here.

First time getting a professional massage and it was perfect. Amanda was fabulous and knew that I was not sure what to except and she kept me quite calm and relaxed the whole time. I defiantly will return maybe even try some other services next time

I've been here numerous times and it will always be my go-to. I live in the Fond du Lac area, so it is a bit of a drive for me to come over here, but it is worth it. I've since purchased numerous gift cards for my boyfriend's mom, my parents, and my boyfriend all for massages. They've all left pleased, and my boyfriend's mom is now becoming a regular!
I just had a massage last night and it was my first one at 90 minutes, and I'll never go back to 60 minutes! I'd recommend Julia!
Customer service has always been exceptional!

Have been here once for a massage and have purchased multiple gift cards for family members and was very satisfied with the services. I booked a haircut and was asked for a credit card number to hold the appointment as the girl on the phone stated. Little did I know if u needed to cancel OR reschedule you would be charged the full price of a haircut. Very unfortunate as I woke up with some sort of stomach bug and wanted to reschedule my appointment. I was told I could do that but would still be charged the 30.00 for the open appointment from today. That left a poor taste in my mouth and will not be returning for services or gift cards.
Update: I received a phone call stating I would not be charged for the visit. I was very appreciative of their call and apology for the misinformation. Great customer service follow up!

Just moved to the area and tried Healing Elements for my wedding manicure. Got the UV treatment and my nails are beautiful! Ashley was great and the receptionists were so friendly and enthusiastic. Will have to come back for a massage sometime.

I only gave one star because I had to. I had a consultation a couple weeks ago with a hairdresser and she seemed to know what she was doing and understand what I wanted, so I booked an appointment. I was coming out of a bad haircut and wanted to make sure after 3 months of growing it would get cut right. The first cut she just did a dusting and some point cutting and it seemed somewhat better, although I was not sure she quite understood what I wanted. But it was some better and allowed me to grow another 3 weeks. The second cut I thought we would do the same, just a trim. NOT SO. She mutilated my hair. She cut it short where it should have been left long and left it long where it needed to be short, and cut it exactly the way it had been cut before. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASKED FOR. Now I am back to growing it out again. I have short fine hair, so there is no way to hide how bad it is. When I emailed the salon, I got a response of "I am sorry you were not happy with the end result". And she basically blamed it on me because the hairdresser said I was being contradictory in my explanation. I was only contradictory because I was trying to tell the girl not to cut the way she was cutting, because that was how it was cut previously and I did not like it. She could not seem to understand simple directions, and I felt I had to get more in depth, which just seemed complicate things. So I was basically told by the manager OOPS we are sorry, but it was your fault. Obviously I will not go back.

Never got a massage before and I was nervous going not knowing what I should expect. The staff was really kind and helpful! The massage was great and the atmosphere super relaxing! I was surprised how much more there was than just: go in get your massage and leave. You may not be able to go there often but when you do you won't regret it!
